Poor Management, Fake Accusations, and Zero Accountability
They recently sent a false, baseless letter accusing us of something we didn’t do without any investigation, warning, or proof. When I confronted the superintendent, he admitted it didn’t even apply to us. So why was it sent at all?
This isn’t just a one-time mistake it reflects a much bigger issue with how this place is run. You can’t walk into the office when you need to, the management extensions never answer, and no one returns calls. It feels impossible to get real help or accountability.
If you’re thinking of moving here, be prepared for poor communication, zero follow-up, and letters based on rumors instead of facts. Management is completely disconnected from what’s actually happening in the building.
