Really poor
Do not use this company. I ordered a tee shirt on 9/6/24 and as of 28/6/24 I have still not received my tee shirt. Royal Mail 48 tracking updates just say "we are expecting it". Granted I have had replies from ParkZBus but they just repeat their shipping policy. I've asked for a refund, which I don't think is unreasonable. Avoid.

Don’t order if you want quick delivery
Don’t order if you want to receive quickly. 13 days after ordering and my item is still yet to be shipped. Emailed customer service to cancel my order and they said I will have to wait for it to arrive and send it back (which you have to pay for). Can’t comment on the quality of the item
