Can I leave zero stars

Can I leave zero stars? I ordered the Elysium to work with in the salon. First day with it in the salon I was so excited because I had a client with the longest thickest hair and wanted to really put the new dryer to the test, by the end of her blowout (it took over 20 minutes) the blow dryer handle had left a small burn which turned into a blister quickly. Parlux said it sounded defective, asked me to ship it back on my dime to receive a replacement. I did that and the same thing happened. They asked me to pay to send it back again. I said no. They sent me a shipping label but said if they test it and it’s not doing what I said it’s doing (burning me) then I would pay a $90 restocking fee. Before shipping the dryer back I did a blowout in a mannequin for 10 minutes on video and then used a thermal laser pointer to check the temperature. The hottest it read was 125 degrees. I sent the video and did not receive a confirmation that it had been reviewed. I did however receive an invoice showing a refund minus the $90 restocking free. I replied to the invoice and asked why there hadn’t been any communication regarding how they tested the dryer as well as my video. They said they would get back with me shortly. 3 days later I message again and they send a long explanation of how the blow dryer was tested ( for 40 minutes to an hour) and it shows that we’re no factory defects. I again asked about my video proof and it was not commented on. I finally found a phone number because all communication had been through email. The woman I spoke with reassured me the dryer would be used in her hair to test it and she would call me back the following day. Well she didn’t. When I was able to get ahold of her she said she “totally forgot to call me” then said I was right and they hadn’t tested the blow dryer previously (even through two emails said they did) and they would be refunding my restocking fee. This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a hair company. There was never any accountability or empathy for the situation I was in and I was continually met with gaslighting u til I was able to reach someone by phone. This all took about a month and a half to have hacked… all while I still needed a blow dryer for work. Happy to have gone with another Dyson.

After staying at a Four Seasons resort…

After staying at a Four Seasons resort that used this brand of hairdryer, I got home and ordered one immediately. However, when it arrived, the attachments didn’t fit properly, and the colors were mismatched. I was less than impressed with the customer service, who wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee to return the silencer that didn’t even match or fit correctly on the hairdryer. They really make it complicated to be satisfied with the product, so I lost all respect for it and discontinued use. I have decided to take the loss and return not just the silencer but the entire blow dryer, giving their customer service a one out of five stars in return.

Do not buy the digitaylon dryer!

Bought a digitaylon parlux for work after christmas and by February the nozzle had burnt and it was overheating so i emailed and they kindly sent me a new dryer (stating not to use the dryer on a high heat) not sure why there is that setting if not to use it? Clearly dryers arnt meant to be this powerful (over 3,000 watts) anyway so i have been using the new one mostly on medium heat but in some cases high as some of my clients have really frizzy hair and the nozzle has already burnt again dryer is also making a scary noise now and then so i emailed again and nothing they said they can send a new nozzle but have to charge for it🤣 so id just say for hairdressers atleast this is not the hairdryer for you!
