Surprisingly fast delivery and great quality timepiece (this is our 3rd purchase from their website). I truly believe theres no other watch company worldwide selling watches of this quality (mechanical) at such a low price.

My experience was very negative. I ordered the PORTUGIESER Caliber 60 with a plain face. The watch I received did not match the picture of the item; it had a second hand dial. I contacted Parnis Watch Co. and they told the model I actually ordered is no longer available. They admitted their mistake and offered me a refund if I returned the watch or to keep the watch and take $50 of a future order.. I choose to keep the watch because I didn't want to be bothered with the return. I asked them to change or remove the picture on their website so future customers don't experience the same inconvenience. The picture of the watch they cannot deliver is still on the webpage to this day (January 2020).
The watch I did receive from Parnis Watch Co. stopped working after 3 weeks. Clearly defective. I contacted Parnis again. They told me to pay for return shipping with a tracking number for delivery to China and the watch would be repaired and returned. That was four months ago and they still haven't sent the watch back. After inquiring one time the response was "...we will do our best to have it to you in three weeks." Another time they replied, "...fine watch Swiss repairs can take up to 6 months..." They never offered to simply send me a replacement for the defective watch. Eventually Parnis Watch Co. stopped answering my pleas for status updates on the repair. Having no other recourse, I contacted my credit card company to report the fraudulent behavior of Parnis Watch Co. The issue is pending a resolution with the credit card company...You've been warned!

Despite the fact that due to Christmas and new year's holiday the watch is awesome. Also it's perfect in my wrist and I m looking forward to purchase another one. Paris is a brand that stands for it's word. I d like to say thank you to all the members of the team for their immediate response and assist to my mails. It was my first time buying something from Paris but it won't be the last.

Had few issues regards two watches I bought here, so I wouldn't make a four page story here, ill make it short.
Year ago I bought a watch and somehow internals crackled apart, and wasnt working anymore. With agreement with Parnis support i have sent it back. In between watch got lost and they never gotten it. So theres been a bit of a hustle to get them something done (they probably thought I wanna hustle them). Anyways to make it short Catherine Ming (Parnis support stuff) took the case, and we agreed on picking another watch I like of same price level, and in few days they sent it for free as replacement.
2nd story
In meantime I bought another watch, all seemed good until DHL contacted me with SMS and extra TAX sum from customs for paying additional 62USD. Was a bit enraged and declined the shipment until I hear what Parnis has to say on that. Catherine Ming took that dispute too and we agreed on partial refund.

-page is lacking more pictures from different angles of watches (short youtube videos of some collection representatives would be nice to get feeling how it looks like, every model would be even better). I mention that because watch I bought had only one picture, and with that and scarce description I coudnt tell does it have back glass case. Even contacted support and they told me it doesnt have glass transparent back lit, and it does...
- manuals should be better, in my cases of three watches only one had instructions I could use to setup the watch. Not to mention if you don't follow instructions for specific watch, you will easily break something. Last one I get had screw in crown (nowhere mentioned in description on site) and to set a date you must pull crown all the way up(it ticks), and repeat that until you set date. In manual all Types has 1st notch as Date set, and rotating it clockwise.
-lug width would be nice to put in info. Most of the time straps are not decent quality so i like to order new one from ebay in advance.

I bought a Parnis Power Reserve (Portugese style), and so far I love it. I have watches from Longines, Omega, Hamilton, Glycine, Tissot, Seiko, Orient, and others, but this one is outstanding.

I will replace the strap and will adjust the watch (it runs a little fast), but for the money, this is outstanding value. A nice addition to my watch collection.

When I had a question, Parnis responded quickly. This is impressive. Most Swiss companies take days or weeks to respond.

I think this will be my first Parnis of many.

I've ordered a Yacht 12. The watch is really good, great looking, good feeling on the wrist, the movement is really reliable.
I have to say I'm really satisfied with the purchase.
On top of all of that, Parnis has a great team working for customer service: I had some problems with the customs that delayed the shipping and made it really difficult for me to track down the package. I sent an email to them and they were quick in replying and very patient and kind to me to help me.
I have to really thank all of them. Great job!

Love the watch!! The only negative was that the delivery took longer than expected.. I received my package via dhl, 3 days later than the advertised time frame!!

I ordered two watches.

Two months later, both watch bezels became broken (stud came loose on each of bezel housing).

I contacted Parnis, who instructed me to return the watches for a free repair in China. As per their 'guarantee'.

I was impressed.

8 months later, no repair, no watches ... and guess what? No answer.

I have contacted just about everyone listed on their Web site, with no reply.

I guess they got tired of lying to me, and just stopped replying completely.

Complete waste of time and money.

This is the second Daytona Watch I have purchased direct from Parnis and this one is every bit as good as the first purchase. The finish and quality on these watches is excellent and the are great value. The support and service from the staff in administration at Parnis is first class. There was some confusion with the Carrier in this last instance but administration could not have been more helpful and sorted the situation immediately. Would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly be purchasing further Parnis Watches in the future.

Having seen so many YouTube reviews praising Parnis homage watches I ordered a Daytona 05 direct from the factory website. I’ve always coveted this style. I especially like that the Parnis Daytona is a quartz/mechanical movement. I want the look but not the bother of resetting an automatic I may not wear every day. It arrived at my Southern California home about a week after ordering airmail from China. When I unpacked it I was astonished at how gorgeous it is. Sizing it took only a few minutes because it has quality screw in links, so much better than snap in pins. The fit is perfection. Just the right size for my 6-3/4” wrist. The weight is ideal. The bracelet and case finish is excellent. I think the face is more attractive than the Rolex. Now here’s something equally important. Not being familiar with chronometers, I wasn’t sure why the bezel did not rotate like my diver-style watches (it doesn’t). So I contacted Parnis customer service. Within 12 hours they emailed me back and followed up with a few more emails. Along with the style, build quality and extraordinary pricing, their customer service has turned me into an evangelical Parnis fan. I’m now going to again browse its website and indulge myself with another style watch I’ve always wanted. Call me cheap because I fully appreciate the Parnis is a homage to the $12,400 Rolex, but I can get the look and the functions I want and put $12,260 to a much better purpose than a wristwatch.

Happy with the buy! Presently let me let you know, Ive claimed a few costly Swiss watches during that time and never have I gotten any remark on neither one of them..

The watch cases and bracelets are well made but my experience with the gmt master homage has been very bad I have had three of them and they all stop working very quickly I have had one exchanged under warranty that took over 6 months and a lot of arguments but now the exchange one has stopped working only months later. i would possibly buy a watch from them again but not the gmt as they use a very poor quality movement the mingzhu dg3804.
I loved the watch that is why I have had three but I wish they would put a better movement in it even if it was quartz

And dont buy into the warranty its total rubbish the only reason I got another one is because I spent every day annoying them until they gave in or I would of ended up with neather the money I paid of the watch. do some research before buying because if it goes wrong it will end up in the bin like my one will. And your just throwing money away.

Purchased a Yacht-Master tribute in 2017 its as yet going solid, keeping astoundingly exact time! My second buy - the new Daytona, arrived only two or three hours back and I just cannot take my eyes off it. Totally staggering!

I have close to a dozen timepieces that I have bought over the years. They speak eloquently of they the Chinese horologic industry. It is not commonly acknowledged that almost half of some upscale brand name watch movements are fabricated in China. According to Parnis, they fabricate 3 levels of quality watches and they sell through the internet their highest quality pieces. They are truly outstanding white reliable. Parnis has gone into the business of making homage pieces based on famous horological designs such as Rolex Submariner and GMT, Patek Philip, IWC as well as others. The GMT has the ability to keep accurately the times of two time zones and swiftly changing among a multiplicity of time zones.
