Not fair treatment.

I'm so sad... This is the second time I've ordered for my macaw. The first time everything was perfect, but this last time, not only can I not identify the shipping company, but the tracking information indicates my address wrong and nobody is contacting me! Worse, I emailed twice to the only source I have access to: "Green Parrot Shop" AND I'M GETTING NO RESPONSE. I find it unbelievable that I provided all my information and lost the money I paid and the products I so desperately need for my bird... A third of the money was just for shipping! Really unbelievable and disrespectful.

I recommend this company

I order frequently from this site. One of the last products I ordered was faulty and Parrotshop.de replaced it without hesitation and it arrived over here to Ireland very quickly. I find the quality and choice of products very good

Paid and received nothing

I ordered a bird cage that came with rust, but..

I ordered a bird cage that arrived with rust on a few of the parts. I took pictures and sent them an e-mail. After tree days I still had not heard anything, so I called them. The person at the phone was really helpful and promised me a new pice. After a week from when I sent them my e-mail, I received an answer to the e-mail, which was not referring to the phone call I had had.
I explained them my situation, and told them that I had already been promised the new pieces.
A week later, I received the parts, however it had been so poorly wrapped up, that some of the parts were broken - and the parts that were still intact even had more rust on them than the first, original pieces.
I wrote them again with pictures of the "unopened" package and the pieces. Now Marcel, who I had been in touch with all along, found the piece himself and wrapped it in very carefully. I received it one week later. The parts were all intact and without any rust.
That it was possible to get a hold of Marcel every time, made my otherwise bad experience much better.

Havanna Parrot case

Havana parrot case
I ordered a parrot cage on the 29th of February, transferred the money immediately and on the 4th of March 2 packages were registered and sent with DHL Germany, fast and good shipping, on the 7th of March I received the first package that were clear traces of it see it had been open before when traces of tape was removed, it was resealed with new tape, it contained 2 Buet headers and 4 legs, due to the slow delivery time with DHL I only received package no. 2 on Thursday the 14th. March, now I finally put the cage together, to my great disappointment the two doors that open at the top were missing, so now I have a cage with the top open, I closed it temporarily with a wooden board, Pirrotshop and I have written grem and back it about that, today April 5, they have refunded the money on my purchase. super service and therefore I have also changed my review here to 5 stars. I have confidence in st dealing with them another time, even though I have been challenged with the language

I have placed an order and have never…

I have placed an order and have never heard back from them. I called and emailed and texted them on Instagram and nothing. I paid 250 euros for the product and 180 euros for the shipping. Should I consider it lost money at this point ? I cannot understand how those stores stay open if they don't serve their customers. I am incredibly upset. Hope this doesn't happen to someone else

great shop!

Only shop where you can order a proper sized cage for a macaw that delivers to Denmark. Cage was delivered within 4 working days. 100% recommend this shop if you need anything for your parrots. They also sell Harrison’s parrot food which is impossible to find in Denmark.

Where is my parcel??

Where is my parcel? I ordered a fair amount of products here for more then 2 weeks ago. I live in Denmark and know they ship to DK. I havent heard anything after my payment went through. Its said they deliver by DHL. I havent seen anything and I did not make an account when i purchased my items. I spend a good 40-50 euros and dont feel too optimistic recieving my items at this point..
