beautiful building, appalling company

During the visit to their premise, all was well, extremely polite. Once we advised we only had about 30 ish people for our wedding (something they advertise on their website as absolutely possible) all interest faded.

Took weeks to reply to emails, rarely pick up phone calls, never call people back. Made arrangements to pay the deposit and despite a vehicle being parked in their private carpark and the lights being on, no one would answer the door or respond to my phone calls.

Left messages and no one has called me back at all. This company is only interested in large bookings of 100 or more and has no time or anyone wanting less than that.

Terrible customer service and i will be going elsewhere for my wedding.
