The correct part came quickly to the…

The correct part came quickly to the house and it was packaged well. The part did not come with new nuts to bolt the part down to the deck frame. It did not come with a nut for the bolt to hold the blade in place. Also there was some brass stuck between the threads in which I had to file out for the nut to screw on the main bolt. Now that I filed out the brass and drove to the store to buy new bolts, I was able to repair my mower deck to mow the lawn…

Thank you for your feedback. I see we were awaiting your response in regards to the warranty inquiry. The bolts to secure the spindle to the deck should have been included in the package, however, the blade nut is not included and you would reuse the nut on your existing equipment.

Initially

Initially, I had ordered the wrong parts. When I called Part Discounter, the associate was extremely helpful in telling me how to return the wrong parts and she emailed me a complete list of the right parts I needed to order.

Parts were easy to find on the web site.

Part Discounter had the John Deere lawn tractor part I needed, and it was easy to find on the website, unlike John Deere, where it was impossible. I am rating Part Discounter only a four because I paid for expedited shipping and they shipped it regular ground, so it took 5 days to arrive instead of two. I filed a complaint and they promptly refunded the shipping cost.

Axles

I ordered a set,two, axles for my 2003 Yamaha Grizzly. My,debit card was charged $128.95. When my package arrived, there was only one axle,and it was the wrong one. I emailed customer service and they asked me to take pictures and they sent me a return label. I took the pictures and returned the axle. I was given a credit on my card for $64.98. I need the credit for the balance that I was originally charged. I sent an email after I received the credit and I have not heard back.
