Ordered and paid for an item. Item never came. I emailed them a couple times and was told it was delayed. No problem. Next week I asked again and received this email:

We are so sorry for what happened.
As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office.
What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither.

If you still want the product, we can resend your order, 
but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. 
Will that be acceptable? 

And please give us your correct shipping address if you accept.

Classic pattern of cross‑border bait‑and‑switch fraud!
Misleading Advertising, Incorrect Charges, and Poor Product Quality
I ordered two mops from this company after seeing their advertisement on Facebook. The product shown was a white, sturdy plastic mop with a button on the handle to open and close the clamp for securing a cleaning cloth. The ad suggested a durable, functional tool and implied U.S. shipping.
What I received was nothing like the advertised product. Both mops were flimsy aluminum sticks with a very small plastic surface. The mechanism does not work, and the mops are essentially unusable.
Each mop cost $26.90, and I was charged $17.00 in sales tax — far above the actual California sales tax rate. After I questioned this, the company refunded only $11.98, leaving my total payment at $61.68 for two defective items.
When I reported the misrepresentation and defects, the company told me I must return the items to China at my own expense. Return shipping is approximately $39, which is more than the cost of the products. They offered me $5 instead of a proper refund.
Although the seller presents itself as being located in the United States, all return instructions direct customers to China. The domestic shipping label appears to be used only to create the impression of a U.S.‑based business.
I later found the exact same mop on Temu for $3.95, confirming that the product I received is a low‑quality item that does not match the premium product shown in the advertisement.
I am posting this review to help other consumers avoid misleading advertising, inflated tax charges, and unreasonable return requirements.

Participtant (pay attention to the odd spelling) is also known as Exhibitiont (again notice the odd spelling), and Ironod Development Co., LTD. They are listed on numerous sites as a scam company, more often mentioned as Ironod. They advertise frequently on Facebook, & despite numerous complaints by consumers, Paypal becomes complicit partner in their continued scamming of consumers. Separate from my complaint about their misrepresented product, Ironod charged me more than the confirmed price, & one order had a missing product ($56.90 total). Paypal found in Ironod's favor, expecting me to mail the products back to Hong Kong. Again, not addressing the totally separate issue of $56.90.
The product was folding backpack stools. I ordered 3 large & 3 small. As depicted in the video, an adult easily sat in the large stool in a normal sitting position. The stool I received stood only 12 inches from the ground. At 5 feet tall, I was not able to sit in a normal sitting position; my knees were in my face. The seat was not sturdy & sank an additional couple of inches. It claims to hold over 300 lbs, Laughable, the seat would have given way. The videos clearly show the large to be the height of the small. It was not suitable for anyone over 3 ft tall.
