They are scammers, do not make any payment to them, they will take the money and will not ship the product. Pathetic service and complete scam operation

Don't purchase anything.i ordered a part in October.
And cancel in 7 November but did not refund now till.
And now I am going to case on this fraud company.All record are collected.
Pow looted many people.

Order #378546 was placed on December 5, 2025 and is currently Cancel Request but refund Rs1709 not received.
Order #369599 was placed on November 18, 2025 product not received. No support for just random reply on Mails.
I suggest please don't place any order from the website.

It was a nice site for purchasing genuine parts. But nowadays it’s like a SCAM. I ordered and received more than 5 orders but now all of a sudden, they not responding to me, two orders are pending. I got a notification that I will get refund in 5-7 days, but it’s more than 30 days now.

I believe I’m the latest victim.

They must be running a scam. take online payments and do not deliver part.
I ordered a part one month ago today, and it only says partly shipped in the order tracking. When contacted the support via email they say they are working on it, and it was 3 weeks ago, and they have stopped responding to mails completely. just read and do not reply. And they don't even allow creation of support ticket, it's only for show on the website.
Do not make the mistake to trust this website. If I do get my part I will try to update here, but don't think that will be happening.

I ordered product of r 1880 but after receiving the product was diffrent type and no after sales and contact us was dialling number is not use it's a cheater

bahut bakar website hai ,payment hone ke bad bhe 2 month ke bad bhe parts nahi mill paya hai ,na pisa wapas kar raha hai,pura fake website hai

Worst Customer support services they are providing.I just need to return the product that I have received,But without customer support it's unable to make it.They provide fake contacts of the company which are non functional.

The owner is a fraud its a sham company, better dont waste your time and money.

First i made my order then only i saw the reviews about the part on wheel on internet then i contacted them but no response so I messaged on WhatsApp they reply me on next day and they said they will ship the product with in 24 hour and they shipped and i received all the products Honestly they didn’t have proper response instantly but i my case the delivered all the products through amazon shipping i am super happy and 100% genuine one

Fake site, don't buy. You lost money and time both.

I was order some bike parts but I has not delivered more than 3 week but i have reply in mail also but they are lying do not buy product from this company it is scameing

They are untraceable once place order. Their support email address seems fake as you get undeliverable notification. Phone number is non existent and no response to whatsapp messages.

Similar to other people experience, i am facing same issue, order placed on 06/10, delivery was promised on 12/13 october and status remains same, 'partially shipped"
i have all proof in email and has been requesting for refund of my money or delivery the requested item, since past two weeks.

i am also going for complain in consumer forum against this website, hope respected authorities carry out necessary action against this website and save people from this type of scam
i have all email followup and conversation with order history and delivery schedule

dont buy anything, this is scam !
