Amazing service. Not only are the items good quality and fairly priced but the packaging of the items were secure. Dispatch and delivery was very fast.

I ordered salt and pepper mills, which were very reasonably priced and arrived swiftly and well packaged. They also match my kitchen tiles like I was hoping which is a bonus :-)

Ordered some ceramic jars from this shop and they arrived quickly as well as being very well packaged to ensure no breakages. I do not live anywhere near Hadleigh but I am happy to support a local (to someone) independent store whenever I can!

First time I bought from them. Best prices and smooth website. Ultra fast response too. I asked by email if I could add other items as order still in processing. They responded quickly and advised me to order for "click and collect" and make a note in comments to add to order. This worked perfectly and within 2 hours I got an email confirming both orders in the mail! This sort of service only comes from these sorts of small sellers. Wonderful.

Excellent experience all round. This family run business in Hadleigh offers excellent customer service with great value goods. It's my first choice when looking for pans.

What fantastic customer service! After sending out an order for me DHL messed up on the delivery front. Even though it was not their fault the lady at the store could not have been more helpful, also keeping me informed by phone and email. The item I wanted I could not find in stock ANYWHERE ELSE. They had one though! Well packaged too. Would recommend Partridges to anybody.

Partridges Hadleigh High Street Suffolk is a treasure trove of useful, good makes, goodies to visit and buy from. It is packed with everything you could think of...from kitchenwares, cookwares, laundry products, lighting, DIY, birdfoods and hangers, and so much more, you just have to go it will knock your socks off. The services is helpful, patient too.
Can't beat it.

I have given 5 stars for the way they responded to a complaint about an item which was supposed to be stainless steel which started rusting after 6 months. They referred it to the manufacturer and issued a refund within days without a quibble. Gives confidence in dealing with them.

1st Class in every way, very small issue with a matching set of dishes, one short phone call and it was sorted by the next day, other companies could lean a lot from customer service that is this good

I found their prices so competitive. I ordered a Brabantia Rotary Dryer, £20 cheaper than leading DIY outlets. It arrived within 2 days by FedEx delivery with no extra shipping costs to pay. Item was easy to track too. Outstanding service from a retailer which appears to take customer satisfaction to the highest level. Highly recommended.

Placed order on August Bank Holiday Monday and paid for delivery in 3 working days. Received delivery first thing this morning (2 days).

Amazon were quoting same price but delivery was quoted at three weeks!

Partridges offer very good communications, the service is restricted mainly to the website as little support is offered by phone but the ease of use with their website and the almost instant contact by phone if there are any errors with the internet service are good.
They are also quick to contact you if they think there is a problem in any way and act fast to resolve everything for you.

There is a wide range of products and all are good quality with a reliable delivery service and well packed goods.
