I first contacted andi to check my tub was able to connect..he was very helpful..once I had got the parts I wasn’t quite sure of how it connected I called him and within minutes we had it working… so overall very helpful and a quick delivery .

Had a problem with tub heating, which Andi correctly identified as a blown heater relay on the main board. After a lot of emails back and forth Andi was extremely helpful and gave me full confidence to attempt replacement by myself. All went well, but then a Flow-Error appeared. Once again, Andi was spot-on with identifying the issue and a few minutes later the tub was back in business and working away as new, saving me about £1,000 over local repair company. Very happy to have found this resource, web-site and YouTube channel.

I bought a pool filter for a good price and it came fast. There was a minor problem with one part and Andi replied quickly and sent the part replacement very fast. Great customer service. He has earned a long-time customer.

We had an issue with our hot tub and we called out the original supplier out to fix the problem which was to replace the control panel for pumps and temperature settings, after fitting control panel hot tub would not fire up and was instantly told it would be £695 for a new PCB on which we laughed at him especially when replacement fuse was only £7:26 for 2, so we sent him on his merry way, but still left with unusable hot tub so checked replaceable fuses on main board and found one of the glass replaceable fuses to have no continuity so found parts4tubs online and after a quick chat with a chap there and got a replacement fuses sent out which was revived at lunch on the 12/12/ but only ordered at lunch on the 11/12 mega impressed with overall service and will definitely be using them again 10 out of 10 from me 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Andi has been really helpful and happy to give me advice for the installation of a “comfort” air source heat pump for our holiday let.
This is a conversion I can thoroughly recommend , with faster reheat times and considerable savings over electric heating.

I have an older Dream Spa tub that had a faulty control pad. I sent a message to Andi, if he thought one of the other key pads would work. Andi replied back right away and asked for more info and a picture of what I had. Replied back with part number I needed to order. Works great again! Thank you, John M.

I sent in a photo of our fried control board and Andi identified it and advised what board I needed for a replacement. The price was good and the shipping was fast. When I had a followup question I received a prompt response. I think he is communicating from the UK so keep the time zones in mind if you are waiting for a response. Then, when I had a problem after the install, he told me what to do to fix it. What great service. I was back to enjoying my hot tub in about 5 days total. I highly recommend and will be using parts4tubs moving forward.

First time using parts4tubs, great selection of parts on their website, will definitely use again. Arrived very quickly and could track the parcel. Great packaging protecting the very heavy pump being replaced. Andi responded to a question I had so quickly and provided some great advice in helping fit the part.

I spent many months going around in circles with three different hot tub engineers, each one offering a different opinion as to the issues. None of these identified correct the problem nor the correct solution. Andi was the only one to correctly diagnose, suggest a solution and to access the parts necessary to solve the problem. Thoroughly recommend.

Found Andi by chance as my hot tub pump was failing and he recommended a replacement pump that was so much less than everywhere else online, and almost a third of the price of the OEM pump. The pump arrived promptly and fitted perfectly. Great support from Andi throughout and I would definitely use him again.

Replacement lid for Arctic Spa. Extremely easy to order, Andi from Parts4Tubs was very helpful. The last cover I purchased directly from Arctic Spa about eight years ago was a cover only, and the same price as this complete lid, which included insulation! Good choice of colours. Good fit and looks magnificent. My wife is very impressed. I would highly recommend Parts4tubs.
