Price, delivery service - all was excellent.

Upto right now. Have wonderful experience. Only one thing as a first time buyer they email discount coupon. On chat I told every thing. But don't get discount.

This was my first front suspension experience. The parts were delivered quickly and arrived as advertised. I was able to find resources to help with installation. Everything fit well and the ride of my vehicle has improved greatly.

I think I probably saved close to $2000 doing this work myself. I chose the more expensive option for the strut but the reviews were clear, it’s worth it.

The delivery process was excellent with communication at every step.

I will use Parts Avatar again for sure.

First time using Parts Avatar. I will probably use in the future. Prices are fair and everything went well. I would like to have the option of upgrading the freight to air to speed up the travel time but it’s not a game breaker.

Parts Avatar was great can't say that about the delivery.service the package was delivered before I got any tracking info.

I had problems with incorrect parts. Even though I provided the correct vehicle information, the parts sent were different.
I sent an email requesting assistance to purchase the correct part, but I have not received a response, and it has already been one week. My first purchasing experience with PartsAvatar was very disappointing.

I bought part online after chatting with agent but I got completely diff parts.

Mechanic charged me labour unnecessarily

Brake caliper bracket was the wrong one. It scored my rotor so I had to use my old bracket.. for $150 OEM part I was disappointed that it did not fit even though it was the right part. So between my old bracket and the new caliper I made it work. I should have just sent it back but I needed my car on the road..

Delivery took only a week. Fitment was exact

I wasn't sure what I was getting but when it arrived it turned out I got the wipers for both sides of my vehicle not just the drivers side so I saved alot and both wipers fit but were a bit confusing on how to fit them on but the paper work explained how to get them on so very pleased with my purchase
