I ordered a headlight chrome cover for my celerio. From 21 April 25 till now 10 june 25 my order is still processing. They didn't response to my call (Nearly Hundred of Times) . DO NOT BUY... I ordered for headlights for Hyundai Accent car. The BIG MISTAKE paying upfront.
They didn't care to respond on the order status for a month and half, I made 29 calls, raised 7 tickets to their customer service and 1 email (to the Asija family), highlighting my plight. No response. Zero.
Luckily, I happened to get through to their support team, they said parts are not available.
When I asked them to cancel, they hung up on me. It took me another 15days to get them cancel and refund my money.
If you wanna place order, try cash on delivery. Else, DO NOT order.
