Need better customer service

Subpar experience, they said they had stock online for the tire I ordered. It took them 2 weeks to reach out and tell me that it wasnt possible to get the tire. Thats fine, I just need better communication so I dont waste my and other time.

Misleading online stock information and poor communication

The website is well designed, easy to navigate, and the checkout process worked smoothly. However, the advertised stock levels were inaccurate and not kept up to date. Communication was effectively non-existent: calls were never returned despite repeated “as soon as possible” messages, and online messages went unanswered.
Ultimately, the item was not actually in stock. When I went to the location in person, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive of the situation, implying that I should have known better given the time of year.
If you choose to use PartsEngine during busy seasons, I strongly recommend verifying availability in person before placing an order.

Terrible customer service/ Business operating

Terrible customer service, needed parts in within 2 weeks said on site that part will ship within 3-9 business days talked to them and changed it to a special item saying 4-6 weeks minimum and no cancellation available. No help whatsoever, won't be using them in future.

Don't buy anything from this scam business

Don't buy anything from this business. They are running a pure scam. They will make you purchase an item with some good offers, but once you place an order, their real scam starts. First, they will tell you the order item is a special sale, so not be refunded or exchanged once delivered. Also, if you pay for 4 items, then they do ship two items or fewer. There is no way you can reach them on time, neither over the phone nor via email. There wesite says the order will be delivered within 2 to 3 days, and you can return within 90 days as long as its no used. You will be lucky if you get all the items you paid for within the given time period.

I ordered "in stock" items

I ordered "in stock" items, wheels and tires. They took my payment via credit card. Three days later the 'in stock' items were all on backorder, they tried to upsell me other wheels in which I refused. They stated that the wheels will be in stock in the Spring of 2026. I was given options for other wheels, in which I ordered. Another few days goes by, and low and behold, they wheels are not in stock, so they offered me cheaper options. I cancelled my order! I am still waiting for a refund, and it has been 10 days later. Filling a credit card resolution dispute, as this company is not worthy of buying anything from

Brutally bad Partsengine.ca experience.

What went wrong? Horrible communication. No follow through on requests for info. Non existent customer service. Phones that ring forever. No call backs. No updates. No info when I requested it. And then out of the blue “it’s shipped”, when I was first trying to add to the order (thank god I did not) and now “oh too late it’s a special order” - when half a dozen follows up went unanswered across four weeks previous. There are many companies that sell the exact same things as this company. I strongly suggest selecting literally anyone else for your $$$.

Horrible policies

The order took forever to arrive. Which I didn't care too much about. But then 13 days after I ordered the wheels they went on sale. They wouldn't offer a refund or in-store credit for the difference. This is horrible customer service, any other company in North America would have honored this. I will not be recommending them to anyone in the future. Awful.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company, I ordered 4 tires on the 1st of November, no trace of shipping still on the 14th so I email them and magically I get a tracking number later that day.

3 days later I received the order and they shipped me 3 tires instead of the 4 I paid for...
3 weeks to deliver the order and they still get it wrong, completely unacceptable.

I emailed them right away saying they forgot 1 tire and got a response from their RMA department? Then radio silence on their end... I tried calling on the phone and they're telling me RMA is handling the issue.

Will be contacting my credit card company to issue a chargeback at this point.

Now I got my appointment to install my winter tires + wheels on my new car tomorrow and I'm short 1 tire that I can't find locally (called everywhere) so I have to buy a whole new set of 4 of a different brand from the shop installing my tires, gonna end up costing me 500$ more then I could've paid online for the same tires basically. Trying to delay the appointment would be a nightmare this time of year, their schedules is up to like Christmas at this point for new appointments, not an option.

On top of that I now have to deal with this awful company with no communication in order to get my money back. Stay away at all cost, buy from a reputable company, save yourself a lot of trouble.

Don't Answer Phones, Never Ship Product, Lie in E-mails

I'm not actually sure this is even a real company and highly suspect that any and all good reviews are paid for by the company.

I ordered tires on Nov 4th and Nov 5th they asked me if I wanted TPMS sensors, I said no as I don't normally run them in the winter. It gets so cold that I need air every week regardless.

In any case, so far so good right? Wrong.

Come around to Nov 11th their supposed guaranteed delivery date, and I have heard nothing. Try calling them, you get put on hold for 11 minutes and then are 'added to call back list' and hung up on, no one calls back.

Send multiple e-mails asking to cancel and refund the order, finally get a response on Nov 14th, 10 days after the order.

"We can't refund you as we've already started mounting your tires". Yea that takes 10 days lol okay sure.

I have started the dispute process with my bank.

Update: After 14 days of waiting for a response and repeatedly threatening legal action, they now said they can refund me, but that also takes 3-5 business days.

Excuse, after excuse, after excuse.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage. Ordered 3 weeks ago and little to no communication. Website still states 8 in stock just like it did when I first ordered. I have called numerous times in the last week and no one answers the phone. the put you on the call back list but don't call you back or when they do they say i'm going to have to look into it and then they don't call you back.

It's a long involved tale. Check it out & Do Not deal with this company!

I ordered four tires back in September. I really needed new tires! Four of the same tires, 4 NOTE: 4 Westlake SL369 A/T All Season Tires Westlake SL369 AT 265/75R16 (116S) All Season Tires.
Now the invoice says that the order was placed on October 1, 2025, funny that they issued me a receipt on September 30, some three days after the actual order was placed. Seems it takes up to 5 working days to process an order with these guys? Oh and they didn't actually take their money until Oct 1, 25, that's a bonus of sorts.
Order shipped by Canpar on Oct 2, 25, all good so far? Maybe not? Canpar showed a shipping ticket was made but their tracking showed nothing shipped.
Now to the bullshit part of this.
The tires finally showed up three weeks later? Of course there's a problem, two tires are 245's not 265's. Different outside circumference. I called and waited patiently on the phone for customer service, 45 minutes later after numerous injection in my ear of " we're busy but your call is important, stay on the line" it automatically tells me, " your call is ended, Good Bye" and hangs up. I call again and it auto hangs up on me again in 10 minutes. There were also numerous un answered emails through the following days. Not a happy camper here! Finally they reply by email asking for pictures of the tires and a bunch of other silly questions which had already been answered in my initial email query with pictures attached. these they had received by the way as I finally got someone on the phone, she was helpful and looked at the pictures and the email. Three days later I get the same stupid email asking for pictures and questions identical to the other email.

Look I am not happy but I finally got this crap straightened out and got my other two 265's on November 7, 2025. Pretty sad considering that the tires were shipped from Calgary to Beaverlodge, Alberta 7 hours away. Over a month to get all four tires.
Oh and there return policy doesn't accept returns that have been previously unpackaged or previously installed. they will however send you a tire that was previously installed as on of the 245's had installation lube applied and wiped off. They took it back as that showed in the pictures with the original shipping label still over it.

Long made short DO NOT deal with these guys and don't make the mistake that I did by not checking the Trust Pilot score before ordering! I'm usually smarter than that.

Horrible inventory

Ordered 10 days ago, stock showed 7 tires available and agent confirmed. 8 days after order (they say 3-5 business days which isn’t true) they tell me they have no stock. I check online and shows 6 available and agent says they have none. Their stock quantity is bull. Extremely hard to get ahold of. Poor customer service. I will order from blackcircles

Really it should be 5 stars.
I placed my order and 3-4 days later I got shipping confirmation that a label was created with tracking number but said UPS had not received the product yet.
5 days later after sending an email asking for further communication… it was delivered at my house that afternoon.

So just better communication on the shipping : tracking side of things would be nice. Otherwise I have no issues with this company.

Tried to sell me old stock tires…

Tried to sell me old stock tires without telling me and when I found out they tried to charge me more for the same tires that weren't old stock even tho the listings didn't say anything about old stock.

I paid for the 4 tires and they pulled this stunt AFTER my purchase was made. Be careful of this company.

Total shit company

Total shit company. You may get the lowest price, but that’s for a reason. I received my item smashed to bits. I informed the company and after many emails back-and-forth of taking pictures inside and out and opening item over and over again, they wanted me to pay for shipping. This was a 100 pound item. Not happening.
Be aware of parts engine at all cost.

Great support. Professional Packaging

The online ordering and telephone support was outstanding.
The free CanPar shipping and delivery excellent.
The purchase included 4 wheels, snow tires mounted and balanced. Inspection on arrival showed care in mounting and balancing. Shipping protection was compact and thorough.. Great service guys!

Unable to contact Customer Support

Supposedly in stock order has been stuck in processed for a week. I’ve been calling, emailing, and submitting support tickets for 3 days, impossible to contact. Indefinite timeframe for when the order will be shipped, let alone delivered.
