Easy navigation of the PartsForAllCars website to find the correct part for my car. Competitively priced, the item was in stock for immediate collection. Staff were very helpful and courteous in store.

Rubbish not the parts l ordered so had to change them, so did not get the discount so had to get my card refunded and the right parts were twice the price. Just glad l checked the parts before l left and did not have to trail back.

Easy to find what I wanted on web site, got good price, shop staff nice and friendly. What else can you want. Used them before will use them again.

Tried multiple times phoning through order - phones jump to message.
Finally bought a car battery off website. Clear website, easy to use. Paid extra for express - next working day delivery (This was Friday, so was expecting on Monday).
Received quick confirmation email, saying "Your order has now been dispatched!"
Waited all day Monday - at end of day sent web message asking about delivery. Received response apologising, giving UPS tracking number and guaranteeing next day delivery.
Waited all day Tuesday - same again.
Finally delivered on Wednesday.
Good product, good price, but do not rely on delivery.

I had a problem with the cabin filter offered with my vehicle reg ,it wouldn’t fit.I returned it and the issue was resolved at once,all corvid controls were in place and staff helpful.

Sadly your online system is very poor. Having put in my details and checked I wanted to confirm so emailed your online help, they confirmed parts would fit, collected parts from local depot but got home any checked as parts did not look correct. Drove to Carmarthen branch and checked with knowledgable staff who confirmed what I thought. Parts changed and luckily they had stock. 5 star rating is for counter staff at local depot. 1 star fir online help I’m afraid.

Needed new battery. Ordered online and ready for click & collect within 10 mins. Very fast, easy reliable service.

5 different sizes of discs and pads for my golf suiting the registration. Called for assistance - zero knowledge

Good and bad , paid for next day delivery but sadly Parcelforce let us all down they got parcels at delivery depo at 2 in the morning but never loaded them on the van.
when i called parts for all cars i was told an incorrect tracking number so on tracking it didnt show the chap said as well the items were showing out for delivery , i called Parcelforce they had no record as wrong number . back to parts for all, different person gave me tracking number that was different and said the items till in depo awaiting delivery` .
got post refund and arrived next day.

Fast service and decent quality parts. it would have been 5 stars, but the Drive Tec brake disks did not come with hold down screws. Fortunately I had spares on the shelf, so no great shakes.
