Wrong delivery and I have to pay return shipping!
I ordered a helmet (free delivery/spain) in the size they said online it`s correct. But it was too small. I have to pay the return AND now I have to pay the delivery too. They refund me my money minus the deliverycosts. Never again.
Pedí un casco (entrega gratuita/espana) en la talla que decían en la web que era la correcta, pero me quedó pequeño. Tengo que pagar la devolución y ahora también tengo que pagar el envío. Me devolvieron el dinero menos los gastos de envío. Nunca más.

DO NOT USE...No communication...Ordered badges L & R for tank
Ordered badges L & R for tank. They advised R was not available, so i sent 4 emails asking to cancel order. L turned up today with 1 gasket (supposed to be 2 in a pack?).. They charged me for both badges.

Bad customer service
I wanted to order a switch for a BMW G450X but before I placed the order I emailed them to confirm if they had a 2007 part and if it was compatible. I didn’t get a response after 7 days so I contacted them via WhatsApp, the reply I got from customer service was ‘we don't have it’ and nothing else so I wrote back in Spanish thinking I might get a better response asking if they would reorder for stock and if a 2008 part would be compatible, they replied ‘no hay ni habrá’
I did express my dissatisfaction with their customer service but they didn’t seem bothered. I would not recommend this company based on the experience I had.

I ordered 2 filters for my sportcity 250cc. i paid for 24/48hr delivery. great except they didn't bother send for 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
no messages nothing to say i would have to wait all this time .. pretty poor service. i have many more things i need but they wont be coming from here...pretty poor
