I was unaware that purchasing anything…

I was unaware that purchasing anything from your company would require I be immediately enrolled and charged for a membership. To be honest I don’t even recall what I purchased from Partybunk. Eric was very helpful and kind in helping me get the situation resolved. Thanks so much, Kelly Quintana

Escalation team member Eric was exceptional resolving issue.

There was a miss understanding with my subscription from the start. I did not fully understand the process. I let partybunk know asap, cancelled my membership immediately. Eric from Escalation team mgmt. responded quickly and helped me cancel membership and promised me all charges would be credited to the credit card I charged. Thank you for resolving my issue.

Scam website

This website is a scam. I never even visited the sight and was signed up for a subscription. They took out multiple charges in just a few days. Then when I asked to cancel and get a refund, they told me to give them a 4 or 5 star review to recieve my money back. Buyer beware
