Ik heb hier iets besteld € 100

Ik heb hier iets besteld € 100, dit viel te groot uit en het beviel ook niet en dus retour gestuurd. ik kreeg steeds mijn geld niet retour en heb contact opgezocht. zij hadden niets ontvangen zeiden ze en ik was mijn verzendbewijs kwijt. plots kwam de postbode het pakket terug brengen omdat deze niet was opgehaald. dus weer contact opgezocht dat ze het hadden laten liggen, ik moest maar bij postnl verhaal gaan halen want zij hadden niets verkeerd gedaan, ze hebben gewoon het briefje van postnl niet gezien. ik moest dus nogmaals de verzendkosten betalen € 8. nog steeds kreeg ik mijn geld niet retour, en toen kreeg ik een stortingsbewijs van iemand anders, inbreuk privacy dus, daarna ontving ik pas mijn geld retour. Ik koop hier in ieder geval niets weer, slechte ervaring qua service.
