I ordered a sash for my daughter’s prom. Came on time and the quality was excellent, considering the prices were better than most other places I researched before ordering here. I agree with the vast majority of the reviews on here, this company is reliable, products are delivered well within time and the quality is of a high standard. My daughter was over the moon with her outfit and the products ordered definitely complimented her look! Will absolutely be ordering for here again in future. Thank you for the brilliant service.

We ordered 12 sashes - I spoke with a member of the team as I wasn’t sure about the colour. They sent me some samples to choose from, which was really helpful. Once I placed the order, they arrived within 2 days

Lovely sashes. Absolute top class. The material is of very high quality unlike shop brought or others I've ordered in the past. I went for white sash and metallic gold writing for a brides sash with ring images and white sashes with hot pink writing for bridesmaids and the rest of the hen gang, with champagne bottle images (woohoo!). Really pleased and also got free delivery as my order was just over £30!!!

I found ordering my 2 sided sash a very easy process. There is a good choice of colours, font style and embellishments. It was also very easy to add your own photos.
My order was sent to an address abroad. It obviously took a little longer but it arrived within the timescales.
After a couple of days I contacted customer service just to check I had placed my order correctly and that it was on its way.
I spoke to Lewis, who was so helpful. He checked my order and the tracking info and assured me everything was 'on track'. He also contacted by email with an update.
I have used Party Sashes in the past and will certainly be using them again.......
And a 10 out of 10 to Lewis for excellent customer service.

Ordered and delivery promised. Order now been cancelled and money taken from account. Cannot get hold of the company now ! SCAM

Ordered a Sash in May 2024. It was delivered spelt wrong. I immediately contacted the company and I heard nothing back!
I sent pictures of the incorrect sash and also screen shots of my online order form which proved I had spelt it correctly - and STILL nothing.

Ordered a sash on Tuesday and paid for next day delivery. It's now Friday and no sign of it, no email from them and no reply to the email I have sent them. This was for a Halloween party on Saturday night so a complete waste of money. They are either a scam company or incompetent. DO NOT USE.

I was really impressed with this company. I placed an order on a Sunday afternoon for a set of personalised sashes, and by the Tuesday morning they had arrived! (I paid for next day delivery but you never know…)
I was kept in touch via email about dispatch and delivery.
Good value for money compared to other companies.
Great experience overall!

WOW... was looking at getting a birthday sash for my birthday for the end of the month. No joy anywhere.. looked on line... Found Partysashes com so I rung them.. Spoke to a very friendly and helpful gentleman... Lewis..who helped me to order a sash.. ordered it Tuesday arrived Friday.. Absolutely stunning well pleased with it.. Thankyou Lewis and partysashes.

Custom made sash was delivered less than 24 hours after placing the order! Great selection of fonts/colours/images and I am delighted with the final product. Amazing value for money and will definitely be ordering again for future events.

Ordered a personalised sash for my daughter’s 18th and paid a premium for next day delivery (delivery cost more than the sash!) The sash arrived a week later, after her birthday. There was no communication from the store, despite their website stating that if delivery will be over 48 hours they will be in touch. Tried to contact them via email twice and the messages have bounced back. Very disappointed. Wont be using again

Order from Party Sashes every year. Always impressed with the quality of the sashes. I would not go anywhere else!

I’m still waiting 14 days after ordering and I need the sashes by tomorrow! I paid 14 days ago and have not received any correspondence despite constantly chasing!

Did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB!!! I did not expect them to be so amazing but they came so early and looked way better than I ever expected!!!! 10000% reccommend

I ordered the sashes and paid and they never arrived. I called and apparently someone had a funeral
And the order was not printed and I was not told until I called.
So disappointed
