I ordered a set of balloons Arrived in time however one of the balloons was not inflated Because I did not take a photograph of it in the box I was not offered a refund or anything I just didn’t think they would want a photo of it in the box who would I had to get it out to check the other balloond

don’t usually like to leave negative reviews, especially as I can see many other customers have had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the same.
I ordered a balloon for my niece’s 21st birthday, but sadly it arrived with no air in it, so it couldn’t be used for her special day.
I was then invited to leave a review, but instead of posting a negative one straight away, I contacted the company first because I wanted to give them the opportunity to respond or apologise. Unfortunately, I never received a reply, which was disappointing.
I understand that mistakes can happen, and I may simply have been unlucky. However, good customer service is about how those mistakes are handled. A simple apology or response to my email would have made a big difference and may have avoided this review.
I hope the company takes customer feedback on board and improves its communication in the future.

I ordered the parrot helium balloon with message card for a friend who loves parrots and is currently seriously ill. After ordering I noticed auto fill had put my home address for both billing and delivery! I emailed Party Save Smile and they replied the next day (even though it was a Sunday) confirming the delivery address had been updated. The parcel was delivered when expected, carefully boxed and presented, and my friend was thrilled to bits. I highly recommend this product and the service provided.

I have now ordered multiple times, including decorations to myself, and balloon gift boxes to friends and family. Each order has arrived well packaged and on time. Goods inside are nice quality and balloons well inflated. They use Royal Mail which always feels safest!

I had not heard of this company before but I gave them a go because of their 4+ trustpilot score and I am glad I did - very pleased with the service!

I can't recommend this company enough. I had an issue when making my order online, and I hadn't realised it, but it was noticed by the company who phoned me about the problem straight away and solved it. When the balloons arrived for our party they were beautiful and a fantastic addition to the party decorations. I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. We had a last minute 70th party to organise. I ordered and realised it was a 3-5 day delivery and I needed it urgently. The team at Party Save Smile quickly sorted my urgent delivery. An easy follow up invoice which I could pay straight away via the link and the party pack was on my doorstep the next day!!! In time for the surprise party

First time ordering from this company and the last ,ordered 5 balloons for my wife for our wedding anniversary, on opening the box 2x balloons where deflated, very disappointed on a one time occasion. Contacted company with photos, reply was did I take a photo of balloons in box or comeing out of box ,which I did not only after they come out of box did I have photo, After emails back and forth no refund forth comeing, eventually in there words gave me a good will gesture. NEVER AGAIN with this company.

Absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase. Delivered on time, well packaged quality balloons that look amazing.

Ordered a five balloon table centrepiece for a party. When they arrived the Union Jack balloons were half deflated. I thought that once they had been in room temperature for a few hours they would inflate again as they had been delivered to my porch a day earlier than expected and I was at work. This did not happen and by the next day they were completely flat.
I followed the instructions for complaints using the online form and took a photo ( it only allows you to take 1 photo) once you upload the photo it automatically sends. I wanted to take more photos but couldn’t.
It’s now been 5 days and still no response from them.
Very disappointed With this company.
Poor quality goods and zero customer care. Will not use again !
