update....receiving a charge back through my bank thankfully.
dept of fair trading qld is well aware of this company and has accepted my complaint. please the more people who report the more likely this awful company will be shut down

these people take your money, do not reply when contacted, then won't refund or send your products

ACTUAL ZERO STARS
Like everyone else I have been ripped off to the tune of $160 and now I cannot get in touch with them. I wish I had checked the reviews first. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT purchase from them it is money down the drain. Absolutely shameful during these times when people are doing it tough.

I do not know why this company is allowed to operate. I have asked for a refund as the party lights I ordered were for my daughters birthday and judging by the reviews I will not receive them. One email from their customer support person Glynis said that they had been dispatched and she would chase up a tracking # That was on 7 September 2020. I have not received the tracking #. It states on their web page that delivery time to major cities is up to 4 days. It is now 29 days since I paid for my purchase. No response from them since 9 September when I got a message contradicting the first message by saying Awaiting shipment. The first message said it had been dispatched.
Very disappointed that an Australian company can take customers money and not deliver or give refunds when requested. I am thinking of contacting A Current Affair if I don't get a refund as the unsuspecting consumer should be informed of this unscrupulous company.

don’t recommend buying from these guys at all, it says online that they have stuff in stock then I get told that it’s not in stock after about a week of me waiting to get the tracking number and nothing. I did receive emails from them very short and they would never answer my questions I sent them like “how long till you get more stock in” or “why does it say in stock online when it’s not” except I only got a email that was not the same as the 5 other ones I got that were stating that “they are waiting for more stock” this one was saying that they don’t know when they are getting more stock in and I also had a lot of other questions in the email but they didn’t answer them. Also they kept giving me other links of other products to buy in every email which is stupid because why would I buy something else from you guys when your customer service is very poor and I felt like I would never receive my product! So eventually after a lot of emails back and forth mainly me wondering if they got my product in stock or not yet, I emailed them saying if they for sure know they will get my product in eventually I will wait but if you are not 100% sure I would like a refund. So eventually I did get a refund from them not sure if it’s because I was so annoying and threatened to go to the authorities if I was getting scammed as all their reviews say they are scammers, I also included in my emails stating that they have bad reviews online saying that people say they are getting scammed by them and they never reassured me they are not scammers or the reviews are not true or stuff. So once I saw the reviews online I thought the worst that I would never receive my product and I was getting scammed, so I’m not sure if they are scamming people because I did eventually get a refund after threatening to report them if I don’t receive my product and stuff. Overall if you are reading this I don’t recommend buying from these guys I certainly will never be again, and I will always look at reviews first.

This website is a scam. I paid for my order and never received it. They ignore my emails, texts and phone calls. Do not buy from them.

Absolute scam! Placed order in May 2020 and still haven't received anything and never hear back from them despite many trials to contact (email, phone, Facebook, online form). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

It should be an option to give no stars. I placed an order in November 2019 and despite trying to get a response on when I might get it, nothing. $104 down the drain! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Scammers! Crooks! Frauds! Scum Bags! Horrible rip off merchants Ordered 4 items, never turned up. I made a phone call to them & was told 2 items out of stock we will refund you, $$ NEVER came. Other 2 items will arrive very soon, that was 2 months ago. they list their address on their website, if I had big bruiser of a husband we would turn up on their doorstep!!!! I have it in the hands of Dept. of Fair Trading Qld...…..they should send the police to their address as they are thieving lying dreadful people!

I reported this company to the Qld office of fair trading in Dec 2018. I was told ‘this company is on our radar’. Well, here we are 18 months later and they are still allowing this bogus company to steal money from people. They are a disgrace to allow this to continue for so long. Not happy.

Shameful robbery - took my money for a gift for my autistic grandson and never send the item. Recoeved one email promising to check with dispatch and never heard from again !!!!!

They just take your money and not deliver goods = THEFT!
I've complained to the ACCC and the ATO. This guy is an Australian operating in QLD. Please report your experience to the ACCC, ATO, fair trading QLD and your local state.

Same as everyone else. Ordered an item 15th December and requested and paid for express mail. I'm still waiting. I received a reply to my initial e mail saying they would check with despatch. A further three e mails have been ignored.

I too have been ripped off. I wish I had checked out White Page Reviews or this site before buying from these people - my story is the same as every other one below - absolute cons they need to be stopped - No stars & legal action is all I recommend

I have just lodged with the ACCC and ACORN. We need to stop this company from taking our money and not delivering. Although the small amount of money we invest may not be worth chasing up. I believe it is, as they should not steal from us. They are going to take people's money until someone shuts them down. This is fraud and it is illegal. They are thief's.

Suckered, like the rest of you. Small amount that individually is uneconomic to pursue. But It’s now a matter of principle so if anyone has any ideas. Can a joint action be taken under the Small Claims Court.?

Like the hundreds of other people that have reviewed this company I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews about this company before making my purchase. The reviews on their website are obviously fake as there are hundreds and hundreds of NEGATIVE reviews from people online that have not received their goods.
I placed my order and paid my money in good faith, after a few weeks I emailed them to ask for an update and received a message back saying "Checking on this order for you now as I know dispatch were waiting on more stock to arrive in for which was delayed this time". I again asked for an update, and again and again and again.
To date I have heard nothing else. Like the hundreds of other people writing reviews I assume I will never see the item I paid for.
I am hoping my bank will investigate this company and I will get my money back but poor form Party Supplies Now

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered and paid for goods over a month ago. Didn't answer first email requesting details. They answered second email saying they'll check with dispatch and their supplier sent them the wrong size. Even though my order was marked as shipped a month ago.

Don't buy from this Company, item didn't arrive, I requested a refund, I have in writing from Glynis that she would refund me, never received it, she instead says she emailed me to say she was sending me two more towels of which I never received the towels or the email.
21 emails have been sent to Party supplies now and i have only received 4 responses. Very poor customer Service,
