I was pleasantly surprised at how this worked. It's not quite as customisable as I would have hoped but the lovely Rosie helped with a work around that allowed me to create what I wanted for a funeral and said that the required improvements were coming soon. The templates are really good and so simple to use. Will definitely be using again for funerals and have decided to make one for my family holiday.

We needed to use a specific photograph for a memory board, but the colour of the pre-formatted text got lost in the background of the photo, which was the same colour.
The design team at Partyswan responded immediately to change the colour of the pre-formatted text, and had a revised design available within an hour, so we could go ahead with the order. Fantastic service.
The finished product looked terrific - we were delighted with it.

The item was perfect just as described and how we wanted , the only issue was the address was printed incorrect on the parcel so took an extra day to arrive , but I would recommend and use again as this is a very minor issue and not a reason to complain , very very happy customer
