Incomplete / confusing delivery…
Incomplete / confusing delivery timeline explanation. The purchase stated delivery 1-3 days. Based on that I made a purchase for an event. After 9 days the product has not arrived and missed the event. The Company's response was respectful but limited to saying it was a pre-order product, nothing further than sorry for the inconvenience.

We are very sorry to read your review as the products was out of stock when you ordered it. We shipped your order too late to the first address you wanted. The persons at that location received the order and didn't return it. Second shipment was to your right address. This is our mistake and we are sorry that you didn't get it in time.
I think this situation was sad for both of us and of course this is our problem because of late delivery from supplier.
We hoped that you would appreciate and value our willingness to loose money to satisfy you as a customer and do the best we could in that specific situation. Shipment is nothing we can guarantee.
