Unacceptable Delays, Lack of Pricing Transparency, and Poor Customer Service
I highly discourage anyone from using Partzona. I placed an order on May 21, 2026, and today is June 29 — well over 40 days later — yet the item has not even left the warehouse in China. Both the product and shipping costs have been paid, and the customs declaration was completed on time, but there is absolutely no progress.
Furthermore, their pricing policy is completely non-transparent. With a standard rate of 10 USD per kg, the final calculations are heavily inflated, often making the shipping cost three times more expensive than the product itself. For instance, a small item worth 2-3 USD can incur a 15 USD shipping fee, and customers are only notified about this hidden cost after the item arrives at the warehouse. This forces unexpected financial burdens on the buyer.
To make matters worse, customer support does not provide any real solutions; they only give generic templates to stall and delay. Save your time and money by avoiding this company.

Great service for ordering auto parts from China
I ordered auto parts through Partzona.com and had a very good experience. The website makes it easier to find and order parts directly from China without dealing with complicated sourcing and shipping steps myself. Prices are much more reasonable compared to local market prices, and the process was clear and convenient.
Customer service was helpful, and I was able to get updates about my order. Overall, Partzona.com is a useful platform for anyone looking for affordable Chinese auto parts with delivery support to Azerbaijan.
