Items not sent

I ordered items over a week ago, no tracking has been sent and no communication when I try and contact them.
Now opening a case to get a refund.
Strongly do not recommend. Terrible customer service.

Would not order again

Unfortunately it took a very very long time until the parcel arrived plus the communication afterwards was not ideal. I had to pay for the return as for the shipping the second time. I couldn’t get my money back but only a voucher. I would not order again.

Delivery long, quality cheap and not customer friendly

Unfortunately no recommendation. Had to wait unusually long for my order. Quality was overall quite cheap and one dress did not fit me (size unexpectedly too small). When I wanted to return items after my three weeks holidays where I was not at home it was not possible because Pasarelle said they only accept returns during 14 days. I had expected to get some understanding from the shop's side since I also was patiently waiting for the delivery of my order. So again: definitely no recommendation.

Thieves. Do not buy from them.

They never delivered my order it has been over 3 months. They won’t refund my money claiming that they are waiting for evidence from the delivery company.

They respond to my messages intermittently. Last time they responded was 3 weeks ago. Please DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Tried to return and exchange some items with no response

Ordering and delivery went very smooth. However I wanted to return 2 of the items so I contacted customer service. They responded to my first email with more information, but after that I send several more emails with no response. Very unprofessional if you ask me since the size guides are not accurate either.

Very disapointing. Poor quality.

Delivery was delayed for more than 5 months. Quality of the dress is poor, looks as if I did it myself. Very disapointing overall. Would not recommend.
