Working pretty good, if you want a good program that do thing you want it to do, it's your choice

The customer service was great they assisted any issues i have promptly.
The file duplicater was amazing what took me hours to do can now be done in a few mins which i just love it.

They prey on a users who buy licenses and try to include other products during registration. You are paying for a products you are not interested at all.

PassFab's software is great to use; a simple interface that controls powerful tools. But what prompted me to write this review is their customer support. When I had an issue with my computer, their support quickly responded and were able to figure out a solution for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and their products.

I have used it once and it really saved my iPhone otherwise it would be useless. i would recommend this product to everyone to unlock if you have forgot your passcode and id/password

Pitiful Support and No Customer Service
The first link they sent for their software did not work, nor did the second. In desperation I bought another license. That license did go to a real website and I was able to download the software onto a USB flashdrive. However, the software did not install successfully on my computer.

I tried to engage with their customer service. Their customer service is a complete joke. No live chat. No call in ability. You leave a message and 24 hours later you get a response. Try having a productive conversation where it takes the other person 24 hours to answer a question. It is completely useless.

I asked them to refund just the first purchase. I was willing to accept paying for the one that actually downloaded. I just wanted a refund for the one where they sent me a broken link. They refused and accused me of not cooperating with their customer service.

I am reporting this to my credit card company as fraud.

Unable to end subscription. After several mails to customers support to end subscription and their promises that its done new invoices keep coming. Use any other tool, there are many others to choose from..

Really good software that has allowed me to clean up many iPhones for re-use and recycling. I highly recommend it!
