Using it for MRCP, the questions are poorly written and not representative of the exam. Lazy filler questions based around "which is least likely to cause xyz" are constant. Heavy reliance on the AI feature for teaching which is shockingly useless. Lots of dead hyperlinks which are supposed to link to revision materials. For the amount of money it costs, it really is just getting worse with time
Does not have a textbook or a good set of questions
Bought for access to MRCGP AKT question bank. Within the first 50 questions encountered multiple questions that were incorrect/explanation did not match up with what correct answer was. Flagged and received no response. Asked for a refund twice by email and was met with no response. Disappointing - avoid.

Starting to believe this site is a scam. I paid for the 6 month access and it hasn’t been allowing me to attempt any questions. I’ve emailed twice already and they refuse to answer me. I also got 2 random emails this morning from Passmed Canada saying that I placed two more orders. Please be careful and do not waste your money.
