Our experience with Passmore was excellent. Our relatively small square kitchen was transformed in less two weeks and we love it! Thank you.

The help and service from Passmore was great. I was assisted with the design of a wetroom for my disabled parents which will work really well for them.
Ben was the installer who fitted the bathroom and he was professional and hard-working and took his time to make sure everything was right.
Passmore is probably more expensive than some high street companies but it has been money well spent to get such a great result.

Passmore did an excellent job of refurbishing my en-suite. They helped with the design and colour scheme. From beginning to end they were excellent, kept me informed and consulted with me.

Pass more changed my bathroom into a wet room, it is so much better to use as being disabled I can now shower on my seat instead of climbing over a bath. It was a difficult job as my bathroom is small and an odd shape. Passmore managed to fit everything in perfectly. I'm very happy with the results. Thank you.

What can I say from start Julie was in kitchen and designed it brilliantly Rob came out to make sure everything was correct then came John who I have nothing but complete admiration for .He was like a man possessed ripping out old kitchen then came Josh lovely lad our electrician completely rewired whole room then came Dave who plastered whole room in 2days total respect. Then back comes John who set about fitting kitchen units top man then up turned bricklayer to fill in door and window working until 8pm to finish job then finally but not last floor layers came in another excellent job done I’m writing this review before job is complete because we are so impressed with the excellent workmanship and standard these people and this company perform at just waiting for handles to arrive but we are so impressed with the whole job from start to almost finished that I have to let people know that this company and there staff are first class and worth every penny spend thank you to all for a brilliant job and giving my wife here dream kitchen you’re the best

I recently had the bathroom changed to a Wet room .Kenny Irwin came first to see what work was needed,a very nice and knowledgeable person .Vitally the man from Moldova came and did all the work very good clean up after I was very pleased.

Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify a few points, as I feel your reply does not accurately reflect my experience.

I have never stated that there was no communication at all during the project. My concern has always been the poor communication, delays and the lack of timely responses when important issues were raised. Having to chase matters does not feel like effective communication or appropriate customer support, particularly when this installation was linked to a disability grant and was intended to make a positive difference to my home and daily life.

I also feel it is important to clarify the comments regarding my Subject Access Request. As stated in my original review, my SAR was submitted on 10 February and, despite an extension being requested, I still had not received the information once that extended deadline had passed.

To clarify, I was not repeatedly submitting complaints or excessive correspondence as your response may suggest. I contacted you on 27 May to chase the outstanding SAR after the extended deadline had passed, and again on 1 June when I had still not received a response. It was only after legal representatives became involved that this matter was progressed.

The volume of information required to be reviewed does not remove the responsibility to comply with statutory timescales or to communicate appropriately with the person who has made the request. Had there been clear communication and updates throughout, I do not believe legal involvement would have been necessary.

My review reflects my overall experience of the project and the impact it had on me. I remain grateful that the bathroom was completed through the disability grant; however, the process caused unnecessary stress at a time when I was already managing significant health challenges.

I stand by my review and the account of my experience.

I have recently used the Passmore Group to refurbish my en suite bathroom. The worker who undertook all the work was Shaun Kavanagh who was professional, helpful and listened to any of the issues I raised with him, suggesting and implementing improvements. I am very impressed with his level of work and his scrupulous and meticulous way of working. I now have a lovely en suite.

Good service from start to finish. Dean and Ryan did a very good job and very friendly. Very professional all members of staffs were very helpful . New bathroom is fantastic, we are very pleased with it. Definitely coming back for Part 2 !!

Due to my chronic illness I had to have my bathroom converted to a wetroom but didn't want it to look cold and clinical, The small space was challenging but Passmore designed and fitted a beautiful space that will make my life so much easier and make it feel more like a spa than a clinical space. The project was managed and fitted meticulously . The fitter was at my home at 7 am every morning and worked extremely hard, he cleaned up after himself every day. The other tradesmen were also lovely and considerate. My bathroom is beautiful and I could not recommend Passmore highly enough. I will be coming back to them for a kitchen renovation in the near future as I had such a positive experience.

Terrible company to work for! Imo they rip customers off with their pricing and pay the actual fitters the bare minimum, I worked for passmore for around 4 months as a bathroom fitter, I quickly realised all the happy, friendly,by the book speal was just for the office, you get a sheet with exactly how long each thing should take you and how much you will get paid for it so everything is a rush and the budget you get for materials is nowhere near what it should be, so a few occasions I had to eat into my own money, couple of examples were, they don't have skips on sites so they expect us fitters to transport the waste from site back to headquarters in Leeds without a waste carrier licence, another instance was when I requested help with a high external pipe 20ft up, the site manager shrugged and said I would manage so the 70+ year old lady customer ended up footing the ladder for me🤔🤣. I brought a few issues up but was told I was the only one complaining but I'd spoken to a few of the fitters by this point and non of them had a good word to say. I hope this will make passmore think a bit harder on the way they treat their fitters as they are the back bone of the business after all.

Just had a bathroom fitted by Passmore and could not be more delighted with the whole experience from design to installation. Everyone we dealt with was exceptional and rounded off by an excellent fitter, Sean. Sean was superb! Hard working, very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to see that everything was as we wanted. Thank you to everyone at Passmore!

We have just had our bathroom uprated with new bath, shower, toilet, sink and new wall cladding and i must say it now looks just great. The two bathroom fitters Dean and Ryan were fantastic nothing was too much trouble, they explained what they were going to do and their standard of work was top notch could not fault them I'm very happy with the result

We had a wet room put in, our builder john was amazing , he was a lovely guy, and we are so pleased with it .

Just had a bedroom converted into a bathroom, fitted by Dean And Ryan and cannot fault their work. They arrived at the time they said they would and discussed any issues, which were many as the room didn't have any straight walls, but they came up with idea after idea to make our vision work, even working into the evening to complete this project. Everyone who has been involved in this has been friendly and accommodating, from Angela the designer to Joe the surveyor, Mark the electrician, Dave, the accounts dept and customer service, you can tell they take pride in what they create.

From start to finish, my bathroom installation has been as smooth as one could expect from what is an unavoidably disruptive process. Simon’s design, which worked around an awkward space, was creative and the ideal solution. Ben, the fitter, was a pleasure to have in the house. He arrived every morning at the specified time, was fastidiously tidy, was very happy to talk me through the work he was doing and had some creative ideas when we were chatting about decorating and finishing touches. This isn’t cheap but is excellent value for money. I can’t rate Ben’s work highly enough, and definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a top quality outcome and experience. Thank you.

From initial design by Julie to full completion of our shower room we were extremely pleased with the whole process.
Zibby was our main installer and we couldn’t fault his workmanship and dedication. He was sensitive to our requests at every stage of the process.
