Fantastic job done by Stuart, every thing went to plan, just like in 2013 when we had our bathroom renovated

From start to finish we were impressed with everyone involved in the redesign and installation of our kitchen and dining room.

We have the best kitchen we could have hoped for and we’d like to thank everyone involved in the transformation.

Julie who instantly impressed us with her vision and design skills.
Rob with his expertise in planning, coordination and approachability.
Andy and Jake for their high quality fitting skills and attention to detail. Andy is a skilled craftsman and we appreciated the guidance he gave us with on-going decisions.
Dave also excelled himself in plastering our old cottage ceiling and walls.
The electricians, plumbers, quartz fitters, flooring and building teams for the quality of their work.
With 5 weeks work to complete our project it ran like clockwork, finishing on the planned date.

We’ve had a great experience working with Passmore where we found everyone took such pride in their work. Along with their experience, professionalism, skill and respect for our home we are now planning our next project!

After a house move our new property was in need of significant work in order to make it habitable. We’d already visited Passmore in Leeds prior to the move and were happy that the range of fixtures and fittings they offered were what we were interested in.

Post move they were one of our first contacts and we got an immediate response with a visit arranged with Julie Gokce, one of the Passmore designers. Julie was great, she could seemingly pull ideas out of a hat which we would never have thought of. She came up with ideas for our kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom which were transformative. We were also able to spend time with Julie finalising the designs and adjusting the price by using cheaper alternatives where they didn’t compromise the outcomes.

The work on the kitchen and bedrooms was done by Adam - I never got his last name - and the bathroom/ en-suite by Chris Woods. Both Adam and Chris are first rate, skilled workers with a strong work ethic and focused on a quality outcome, they’re more like craftsmen than tradesmen. The fact that we’ve had absolutely no snagging issues on the massive amount of work done says it all really.

Chris and Adam were also very helpful with other issues we had in the house; by virtue of suggesting MagicMan to renovate our internal doors probably saved us hundreds of pounds alone.

We also need to mention Bob who oversaw the work, booking in materials and subcontractors when needed. It all seemed to flow effortlessly but that’s likely down to his knowledge and skill in keeping all the different plates spinning rather than it being an easy job.

It was a pleasure working with everyone at Passmore, they were courteous to us and considerate of the fact they were in someone else’s home. They all treated us and our home with utmost care and respect.

You could probably get a cheaper job, but you’re unlikely to get something as high quality as Passmore deliver and when it’s your home that’s very important. We’re really glad we engaged with them and will do again in the future when we do our next stage of renovation.

Great design, great service, professional tradesmen a first class job.

Kitchen is gorgeous but process wasn’t plain sailing and there are plenty of elements not covered before the build phase. Communication could be better and advanced warning of the scale of the mess as well as the final finish would be beneficial.

First class design (thanks Julie!) meeting all expectations, excellent team of fitters and support from project manager Rob dealing with any issues.

The work was all done by the company -I didn't have to employ any other tradespeople - and was overseen by a project manager. This made the whole process easier and quicker - the complete installation of the new kitchen was finished in 13 working days. All the work- fitting, plastering, electrics, floor was done to a very good standard. The entire process, from design discussions to completion was done in a professional manner. I would certainly recommend this company.

We couldn’t be happier with the transformation of my kitchen! Passmore — and especially Jason — did a fantastic job from start to finish. They handled everything, including the electrics, plumbing, flooring, and kitchen fitting, with real professionalism and attention to detail. The end result looks absolutely excellent, with a flawless finish. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-quality workmanship and a stress-free experience!

More Kitchens have done an incredible job with our kitchen, from Andy's design, through Rob's project management, the electricians, plumbers, and Stuart our kitchen fitter who excelled in everything he did, and we are delighted with the end result. Passmore's claim of 'working with pride' is exactly what we experienced from every member of the team from start to finish.
Julie our designer is highly experienced and very creative. She totally understood our vision and guided us to make the best use of the space.
Rob our project manager kept us well informed. Extremely professional and personable, he was always solution focused when the inevitable niggle came up.
We cannot speak highly enough about Stuart our kitchen fitter. He is an absolute star!
Calm, patient and with an eye for detail, he is also highly skilled and a great communicator.
A special shout out too for Marshall for all the stonework - great job.
We are delighted with our new kitchen, utility room and downstairs toilet.

I am so happy with my kitchen. I wanted to update my kitchen and create more space for us all to sit round. Simon came in and gave me a design which just works so well for me. Rob was there to from start to finish providing support, I cannot praise Andy the fitter enough. He is totally committed to his work. I could trust him completely and I am just so happy with the finished result. I have no hesitation in recommending Passmore.

Really impressive company and staff, from the designer (Julie), the project manager (Rob) to all the technical staff implementing my new kitchen, particularly Martin. The work was carried out exactly on the dates given and any issues were sorted very quickly. Thank you to all of the team.

We were impressed with the organisation and quality of workmanship. The kitchen was installed as per the design. Workmen (fitters, electricians, plasterer and plumber) arrived and completed their work in the agreed time frame. Not wishing to single anyone out, but Jason excelled in his tasks.

From start to finish I was impressed. Simon, the Kitchen designer, thought of a design we had never considered before….amazing!
Dave Sheridan, the Plasterer, is absolutely brilliant.
Rob, Project manager, was excellent and all over the job.

We had used More Bathroons for two previous projects and, because we had such an excellent experience, we went straight back to them when we were ready to upgrade our kitchen. The experience from start to finish was excellent . Andy, the designer, was helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we finalised our design. Rob ensured that the final design would work in the space and pointed out and addressed any minor amendments needed. He stayed involved throughout to ensure the project progressed as planned. Stuart was our lead fitter and he is exceptional, extremely talented at everything he does with excellent attention to detail. He also leaves the house each night in the best possible state that he can. We had absolutely no concerns throughout the project. Stuart along with every single other tradesman that came through the door is friendly, polite, courteous and easy to have around your house. We can honestly not fault anything or anyone and are delighted with our new kitchen, new ground floor configuration and new downstairs toilet. Thank you all, you deserve every success.

The fact that every stage of our kitchen installation was overseen and managed by project manager Rob who liaised with the tradesmen on the job and was contactable at all stages to answer queries and any concerns that we had. All the various trades on the job were skilled, friendly and reliable. A big thankyou to all of you, especially Andy and Jake our fitters. Will definitely recommend Passmoor to friends and family

We had a small utility room and a downstairs toilet renovated at the same time. The planning stage by Passmore was excellent and without fault, however the project managing left a lot to be desired we had to check the install ourselves . We were very fortunate not to have a very serious Electrical issue during the installation . we were disappointed that the project took in excess of five weeks after a planned 10 day quote.The end product is fantastic and we’re really pleased with the final outcome.

So pleased with our new kitchen. Experts on the job the whole way through. Good advice at the planning stage and the installation work was seamless. Andy the carpenter and person in control of project coordination on site was brilliant. We felt confident at each stage. Thoroughly recommend this quality outfit!

We contacted Passmore for a quote to do extensive internal building work and design and fit a new Kitchen. I had worked with Passmore back in the 1990’s when they were just a small family business and was intrigued that they had managed to grow but still hold onto their customer service and values.
They weren’t the cheapest but the overall quality of their work was 1st class. Not everything went to plan and completion took around twelve weeks rather than the estimated six but we were impressed at the way they took away the stress by simply resolving the problems without any fuss. Rob the Project Manager was a great communicator and always gave the impression that he was ‘on it’. We had various tradesmen in and out and they all treated the place with respect, and were reliable and skilled. Tony Hill organised our home whist the work was done building screens and ensuring we had services throughout which was a great help. There is a slight niggle that the work could have been completed sooner if a floor and wall tiler had been engaged rather than leaving it with Jay the Kitchen Fitter ( who by the way went the extra mile) and the sign off from Building Control took ages due to some misunderstandings. However even given that, I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.
