Its unfortunate that I have to write this report. I want to give my instuctor the benefit of the doubt that he cancelled 4 times with 2 hour notice for reasons beyond his control.(Although I'm sceptical if he is being honest, he seemed decent) But this being the case when Pass and Go failed to offer the service expected , the correct thing is for them to refund me which they failed to do so far.

The driving intructor Lee was patient and a top bloke making you feel confident & safe cant wait for another lesson

Tanya is the most loveliest, craziest(in a good way) instructor, i couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. She explained everything so well and made me understand how to feel confident and calm. I have had such a great experience and highly recommend tanya, she never fails to make me giggle. I’m gonna miss her.

Passed with Andrew Robertson he was an absolutely amazing instructor turned me from a nervous wreck into a confident driver, also had great laughs along the way! Couldn’t be more grateful

Ment to be the largest driving instructor companies about but can’t refund practical test money as i paid for intensive course with test included and test fee and had to pay for a test myself as the backlog since covid still hasn’t been caught up and so on its over 6 months wait to get a driving test slot

Absolutely shocking! Cancelled the course a month away from test date because they had no drivers. Been booked for 5-6 months and couldn't get this sorted in time!

Rachel is an amazing instructor! Passed my first driving test today and i couldn't have done it without her, she’s really patient and clear with how she teaches so everything is so much easier to understand. I was very nervous to drive but now i feel very confident after driving with Rachel. Highly recommend!

Things didn’t start well with this driving school unfortunately .. had a Driving Instructor called Scott in the Wakefield area from September to December 2025 turned out he told me was a trainee driver instructor!!!! … from my 1st lesson just let me drive just directed me where to go & always had the radio on from day one and only started engaging in conversation after 5/6 lesson. With regards to my driving at the end of a lesson just sent a report on app on how I’ve had driven…. glad in the end that he let me know he has quit via a text message to be a pizza delivery driver again!!! WTH!

Simon Doyle took over and he was amazing learnt a hell of a lot of him in the 6 six Lesson before taking my test in mid Feb 2026 than I ever did with the other instructor (11 x 2hr lessons )passed 1st time thanks to Simon.

Definitely wouldn’t have passed with the other instructor (Scott) so did me a favour him quitting .

I was recommended Richard Wareham (Biff) from a family friend, and I myself would do the same. I have been learning with him for a month or so and I feel improvements in my driving each lesson. He is a great teacher as well as being encouraging and reassuring.

Great driving lesson! The instructor was patient, clear, and helped build my confidence. I learned a lot and felt comfortable throughout. Highly recommended.

Richard Wareham is a great instructor. 5 stars for him ✨ Very nice and friendly. Just had my first lesson with him this week, went really well, i Feel confiden to drive. Very much looking forward to my next lesson. ☺️🤩

The teaching is very effective and helpful as well as the booking process being easy. I am making good progress

I recommend Richard (biff) was very calm with me and I progressed very fast if not for the long waiting times I could have passed by now.

My instructor Simon Tyler, is first class. He is friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He made my lessons enjoyable and was always honest. I felt confident with him as my instructor

My driving instructor mark Preston was absolutely amazing easy to get hold of talk to , patient,amazing in all aspects of being a driving instructor I couldn't recommend anyone better top bloke and incredibly genuine , howether the company itself passngo isn't the best there refund policy isn't the best and trying to get hold of them isn't easy either I'd booked it all easy enough but getting hold of them to sort out when my lessons would be was a pain and not so simple

My first instructor shouted at me for use of mirror in my very first lesson and i was not happy. That's when my friend suggested about Stephen Murphy in Middlesbrough with whom she passed her test. Stephen is calm and composed and let us do things our way. Having 13 years of experience driving in my country, I had picked up lots of bad driving habits and Stephen was very calm and helped me overcome all those bad habits. Result? pass in my very first test!!! If you are looking for automatic lessons around Teesside, Stephen Murphy and PassnGo is your go to person.

Muhammad was a great instructor!

Just passed with Muhammad today. Been learning for around 10 months as I was a very slow to get the hang of it in the beginning. He was very friendly and so patient and calm, so happy! I can’t thank him enough, 10/10 from me 🤩

I passed first time today with the help of my instructor Darren Cook! I had a little bit of experience before starting with Darren, however, I was never a confident driver. I highly recommend him as an instructor, he is friendly, incredibly patient and tailored techniques to suit me. Darren reassured me on the roads and was supportive throughout the whole experience, I couldn’t have passed without him!
