Picked up my AHC today. Very smooth & professional service. Communication throughout has been excellent, with quick responses to any questions I have had. Would happily use again & recommend to others. Grant.

Saved myself a packet using Passpets.

Used the New Malden branch for our AHC for our 2 dogs. A very simple procedure and we are extremely impressed with passpets. Will definitely use them again.

They could not have been more helpful and patient. Plans unexpectedly changed last minute and they went the extra mile to reassure me all would be okay following negligent vet practices and misinformation from a very unpleasant pet transporter who told us point blank that we would never get through border control with an invalidated EU passport. They really went above and beyond to assist, resolve and put my mind at rest and were so unbelievably kind and friendly too. Incredible value and I honestly could not recommend them more highly. On behalf of my dog and I, thank you so, so much (in particular Guy and Sam)!

Phoned and spoke to Sam who was such a lovely lady and so helpful. Will defiantly use this company again.

Excellent, efficient service!

Passpets - what a great service! We sought to relocate our dog from the UK to the UAE but didn't have the first clue where or how to begin. Gemma demystified the entire process for us, and explained step-by-step and in detail the entire process of travelling with a dog in-cabin. Knowledgeable, professional and super-friendly. Highly recommended!

Amazing service as always only people I will use ever

What a brilliant, efficient and affordable service. Our own vets wanted to charge us £800 for two dogs!!! Everything about the service and communication excellent. Booked in at Bristol .. travelled from the midlands. £211 !!!. 15 minute appointment and about 20 mins filling in online at home. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Fast efficient responses from all staff i spoke to. They fitted me in at very short notice after my local vet cancelled my appointment. I drove down from Hertfordshire but well worth the 220 mile round trip. The price of £99 was around A THIRD of the locally quoted price.

Always found Pass Pets to provide a great service, and today was no exception. Despite a mix up at their end concerning a repeat customer discount, as soon as they realised the error, they phoned me with a full apology and confirmed that we would be refunded the discount due to us. All of the team are great, and I for one wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for our AHC. Thoroughly recommended!!

Utmost professionalism. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and gave very detailed information. I was told well in advance what they needed, so by the time of my appointment everything went smoothly amd the whole process lasted for about 15 min for 4 pets. The lady at the office was very friendly and helpful, and we crossed to France without any issues. Highly recommended company and service, thank you for takimg the stress out of my European journey!

Great service! I went there with my two cats on the way to the ferry. The practice was accommodating, efficient and friendly. All the paperwork was ready and despite there being a small delay in seeing customers I was in and out in 30 minutes. They know their stuff and the price is great compared to other vets.

A very clear and straightforward process. Was in and out within 10 mins, all explained 100%. Very reasonable too! We will be back again and again.

Would highly recommend Passpets for getting an Animal Health Certificate. They made the process straightforward and the prices are very reasonable.

They responded very quickly to our enquiries and also the practice itself, and the local area is nice to visit.

We had absolutely no issues with our AHC on a trip to France recently and lucikly we were able to get passports for our two Frenchies whilst we were there.
