Wish id have used independant travel agents before!!
I have always used the big companies like TUI. But i decided to give an independant travel agent a chance. Why? I wanted to support small businesses and those that care about the customer.
I was very very nervous about it initially, asking myself if i had made the right decision. However i was reassured by the fact they are ATOL protected and certified with the correct insurances.
I absolutely had made the right decision.
Ive just come back from my holiday, this company got me the best deal ( alot less then booking through the big companies).... yet i still had the security of knowing i was booked and flying with TUI, so not only did i have this companies reassurance, i also had theirs.
Pete was in contact all the way through, he made it such a personal mission to make sure our holiday was booked in the best weather, within budget and the best air times.
I cannot recommend this company enough. I dont even know what i was worried about tbh. I think i was just so used to getting package holidays direct from the big companies and paying too much, anything cheaper felt like a con.... it wasnt.
I cannot thank pete and his company for providing a stress free holiday experience for me and my 2 sons.
Ive already booked next years holiday with this company and will be booking for many more years with them too.
I will be recommending to family and friends.
