The passport office is introducing a way for customers to retrieve a digital photo when they renew their passport online. With this new solution, booths and shops in the UK will be able to give customers a photo code with their printed passport photos. When customers apply online, they can use this code to retrieve their digital passport photo taken at a booth or by a photographer.

Raised photographs for myself and my wife for passport renewal used the app very easy paid and sent off 13/2/24 on the 14/2/24 at 15:30 no codes or emails so phoned the company the gentleman who answered was very helpful found our entry but no photographs asked if I could resend by email and he would confirm recieving them half hour later photos sent and by return acknowledgement items received. Forty Five minutes later codes photographs received back by email what a marvelous service and grateful recipient Thanks to all involved.
