Efficient, friendly and very helpful!

I applied for a Chinese visa, which requires a lot of exact documentation. Fortunately, Ebony Hopkins, oversaw my preparation, and her help was so important in seeing the process through to completion. What I appreciated the most were her specific directions and on-going communication with me to address the documents I needed. I went through the visa process years ago, and this time her guidance made everything go smoothly.
