Fun & easy pasta making class
I was offered as a gift a voucher for a pasta making class and I went for the Taste of Umbria where we handmade Strangozzi pasta. It was a great experience, good for beginners, to the point, we got to eat it with truffle butter and it was yummy. This was accompanied by an antipasti and bottomless Prosecco! The chef was fun and it was a nice, chilled environment in the basement of the Richmond restaurant. Thank you for the experience!

Ordered 3 times now and quick delivery and lovely pasta every time PASTA5 ordering again whilst working away. Great portions and fills the spot
Sell you bigger portions than asked for and charge you more
I have been buying their pasta since they first set up, by mail order, and I have always liked the pasta. I stopped ordering as the vegetarian options were limited and it was always the same choices, no changes. I walked past the Richmond branch and purchased some pasta and sauce for two people, at least that's what I asked. I found the containers excessive and very bulky, with plastic lids. I have bought fresh pasta in France and I had a very good carboard box which could be recycled, for the pasta. When I opened the boxes at home and started preparing for cooking, I found that ONE portion was enough for TWO people! Therefore, I have been sold enough for four people, there was even some left over once cooked. I really don't appreciate being deceived by the staff into buying morobe than I asked for as I trusted their knowledge. I won't be going back and certainly won't buy their pasta again. I paid £23 for pasta for two and sauce, when it should have been half of this! Very expensive for nice pasta but nothing special. The pasta and sauce I bought in France were simply amazing. Don't go, they've obivously been told to charge as much as possible and to deceive the customer into buying more than nessary.
Pasta making & bottomless Prosecco at Farringdon
I attended the pasta making with bottomless Prosecco with my fiancé last week as a belated Christmas present. We were shown to our table where our antipasti was plated up ready to eat. Glasses were filled with Prosecco pretty much straight away. Our ingredients were laid out on the table as well as equipment and we were shown by the chef how to make the pasta step by step. Once made it was handed over to the chef to cook and add the sauce then we were called up when it was ready and was able to add toppings such as chilli flakes, oregano, and Parmesan. Our session was Taste of the northern alps and we got to make ricotta ravioli. Honestly some of the best tasting pasta I’ve ever had! Even better that it was made by ourselves and so easy to replicate at home.
Highly recommend!

I bought the chicken Alfredo and it was possibly the worst bowl of pasta I have ever tried. I spent £18 on this and it was horrid. The pasta was rock solid. The chicken was mushy and just awful. Would not recommend this place at all.
Pasta making for beginners
Myself and my partner attended the Beginners Pasta Making course in Richmond and it was excellent.
Lovely tuition, easy to follow and the pasta we made was delicious.
Would highly recommend
Disappointing!!!!
We ordered two types of pasta, and unfortunately, both were disappointing. The mushroom sauce was watery and bland, and one of the mushrooms was oddly chewy with a strange taste. The other pasta, supposedly truffle-based, had nothing resembling the flavor of real truffle and tasted quite off. The only redeeming quality was the pasta itself – perfectly cooked to the right texture.
Great experience
Excellent and entertaining tuition by Chef Rosie. The ragu beef we ate with our self made pasta was delicious and we took home the recipe.
They were very generous with the prosecco, continually topping up glasses, and the aperitifs at the beginning we simple, tasty but filling.
Undercooked cold and bits missing
Are whole order arrived not only cold but the pasta was undercooked! I paid for extra chicken to be added into my dish and there was only 3 pieces of chicken in the whole thing! We spent £44 for and absolutely disgraceful service... I will never ever buy from this place ever again!...
Website said we woukd be given linen…
Website said we would be given linen apron on arrival not true. really off putting having staff going back and forth behind the chief when she was demonstrating. We paid 50, definitely not worth 68 full price.
Fun...an amazing pasta making lesson
Rosie was a knowledgeable, fun and engaging teacher....we enjoyed the session so much, learnt loads and have already begun to make our pasta at home!
Absolutely disgusting food...cold…
Absolutely disgusting food...cold crammed in a box and congealed into a lump...idiots shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a kitchen
Perfect for busy days
Quick and easy to make, quality ingredients and full of flavor
This was an amazing experience
This was an amazing experience. Rosie had a fantastic personality and was a great teacher. The Prosecco and the wine were flowing and our pasta came out absolutely delicious. I wish I had the recipe for the sauce, cause it was super good.

A fun time had at Chiswick
We had a great time at Chiswick. Our chef Giorgio was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. He was very enthusiastic and made it a fun and relaxed class. The end results were delicious too, with a tasty ragu for our hand made pasta. We will definitely be booking another class and I will be highly recommending the experience to friends and family.
What a lovely experience
What a lovely experience! Our Chef Fransesca was clearly passionate about cooking and taught us how to make a four cheese ravioli. She was attentive and knowledgeable, passing on tips to us. The pasta was delicious. All the people involved in the afternoon were friendly and on hand to clear up our mess. The Prosecco was free flowing and all in all a lovely afternoon! Thank you all!
The best afternoon!
What a lovely experience! We attended a pasta making class in Richmond. It was informative, interactive and great fun. Very good value for money indeed.
