Servizio clienti molto scarso
Servizio clienti molto scarso. Poca cura negli imballaggi, errori negli ordini, non avvisano quando la merce viene spedita , affidano la consegna a corrieri non organizzati, inoltre cosa più grave, non rispondono alle mails. Purtroppo dopo tanti anni dovrò cambiare pastificio poiché nonostante abbia segnalato i disservizi, l'azienda ha ignorato le mails.

TRUFFATO - Sito decisamente da evitare
Sito decisamente da evitare. Non hanno un call center non rispondono alle mail, fate un qualsiasi ordine e quello risulta solo in lavorazione per giorni. Io mi sono fatto fregare e andrò in Polizia postale ma spero che la mia recensione possa aiutare chi non è ancora venuto in contatto con loro.
