Great service

Been with Patch for a while and have always been very happy with the service. The price has remained consistent and they message you to remind you of the clean day. The cleaner does a good job and Patch are flexible and happy to skip cleans when asked. Customer service are also very helpful and always reply quickly. Recommended.

Last time I had issue with the cleaning
He didn’t do the sky lights window
It’s only like a bungalow at the back and previous cleaner have do them no problems….
But most annoying is the fact I tried to contact yourselves but go NO !!

Please make SURE it gets cleared fully next time
There are only 2 windows and door at the front 1 side bathroom window and French doors at the back. 2 sky lights window

I have very large dogs and recently had spinal surgery so couldn't keep garden as clean near patio doors and door was very dirty but he went above and beyond trying to clean my doors for me. I did go out to explain and apologise and he was amazing. Thank you so much 💓

They always tell you that you don't need to be in when they come to clean your windows. That's certainly not my experience I've had to stop the cleaner driving off because he has forgotten to clean the window on the far side of the house. That's a frequent occurrence. Also they frequently fail to rinse the window adequately which means the windows dry with dirty water marks on the glass.
