The in house design team took some scribbles on a piece of napkin I sent them, and turned them into gorgeous, great quality and cheap patches. Couldn't be happier with the entire process.

Very easy to work with. Everytime I've called, I've actually talked to a live person! Unheard of anymore, I know! The work is very well done, and I have received several compliments about the patches on the boys uniforms during Honor Guard events. Thanks Megan, this is my second time using you for our Scout patches, and it will not be the last!

After comparing a lot of custom patches companies, I chose Patches4Pennies for its great prices and several options. I was later amazed by how fast my emails were answered and how clear everything was. Megan was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. I was really pleased with the end result and it was delivered right on time.

Reviewed several different patch companies before settling on this one. Megan knows her stuff and can be very helpful. If this is your first venture into having custom patches made this is the place to go.

Please be realistic with your expectations. Common sense should tell you the bigger the patch you buy the more it will resemble your original artwork. Trying to get an intricate image on a small patch will always be disappointing.

Finally, listen to Megan's advice. She will steer you in the right direction.

Not only did it take longer than expected to receive our order, but once it did arrive, we were very disappointed. Despite discussing the image placement in advance with Megan (and being assured the image was acceptable), the actual embroidery did not match the image on the proof; instead, it was highly distorted. Patches4pennies would not re-make the patch nor offer any type of refund. Do not use this company to save a buck. They cannot be trusted to deliver a quality product and customer satisfaction is certainly not a priority to them.

Their service was good. Quality of work was excellent. They completed my order 1 week in advance.

I particularly appreciated the designing help and suggestions that were provided over the phone, the example that was quickly sent via e-mail for approval, and the fast shipment. (Although delivery did take a couple days longer than quoted and I missed my deadline... it was several weeks faster than anywhere else.) Altogether a good experience!

Great experience here after I left another vendor who wouldn't allow me to do most of the ordering process via email. As a volunteer with a full time job, there's no time to make phone calls, so I appreciated that I could simply confirm my order via email. Super fast response times and great patches!
