Same issue as others here. Ordered online as a gift for family, no confirmation of order at all, raised two email queries and two queries on their website but no answer. It's been 2 weeks and we've had no chocolates and no contact from them at all.
Worse customer experience, never respond to email, no phone number, product delivery delay do not expect to have it next business day, DAMAGED product upon received, very bad packaging despite it's delicate item. by the time I wrote this, no effort from Patchi to contact or clarify despite numerous email sent
As other review except I did receive a confirmation email. However no sign of the chocolates more than 2 weeks later and no response from the company via website. Logged a PayPal dispute and hopefully will get reimbursed.
Ordered delicious Patchi chocolate box a two weeks ago, but haven’t received the parcel, despite 3-5 days delivery promise. Even worse, I haven’t received an order confirmation. Tried contacted the company by email, telephone and a web contact form but received no reply. I can only assume extremely poor service or even worse. Avoid. Will now seek PayPal refund. They sell their chocolate products in Harrods and the website seems to be some sort of rogue operation.
