Scam Alert: Hidden Fees & Unjust Cancellation”

I strongly advise against doing business with this insurance agency.
After just 2 months of coverage, they abruptly canceled my policy.
To make matters worse, they imposed a steep 15 % cancellation penalty—over $800—on top of a 3.5 % surcharge for paying by credit card and a $250 fee for inspection. They left me scrambling to find a replacement policy at the last minute.
Overall, the agency’s handling of the cancellation and the excessive fees feel deceptive and unprofessional. Proceed with caution.
