We had already tried another well known…
We had already tried another well known product which didn’t make much difference to the patio. We were told to wait a few weeks which we did but there was still no noticeable difference. Then I remembered seeing Patio Black Spot Remover advertised in a gardening magazine and tried it. What a difference! The patio stones are completely transformed and like new and we can see the original colours. We’ve even used it on our Cotswold gravel paths and they look as though they’ve all been re-done.
I would have given 5 stars but it’s so expensive if you have a large area to clean. Next year I’m going for the Reviver product which I’m hoping will work out cheaper.

Impressive Product
I have 240m2 of patio and had major problems with extensive black spot staining covering many areas of the patio. The stone had truned grey with darker spots. The blackspot remover has been quite amazing restoring the stone to its original colour. Most impressed as have been unsuccessful with a lot of other products,

Patio looks like new!
Very helpful guidance on what I needed before buying. Came very quickly and the results are perfect. All the different colours have come back through making the patio look like new. Bought a second lot but felt it didn’t need it so will have that in reserve and I will definitely get the preventative treatment for the Autumn.

Outstanding Results!
Mike came today and treated our Indian sandstone patio which was covered in black spots, it was grey & slimy too after being laid 13 years ago. We regularly jet washed it but it was never very successful. After Mike treated it with remover and jet washed it, it really looks like new!!! Mike was so friendly and thoroughly explained how the treatment works. We are absolutly delighted and would definitely recommend Mike & The Patio Black Spot Removal Company!

Natural stone and block paving are excellent.
After completing natural stone clean on garden patio, decided to try the block paving solution. This was just as good and both areas look so bright.
Thanks to Alex in customer service who always responds fast and with knowledgeable information should I have questions. I was nervous but this product really does work.
Will continue to use this each year.

I jet wash my patio every year but the black spot was just increasing so I like another reader used patio magic nice and clean but still the black spots looked up your product for concrete slabs being expensive i was worried I was spreading it a bit thin but 90 minutes later a gentle jet wash and they are finally gone well pleased.

Making the patio clean and safe for my elderly dad. Awesome product. The patio hadn't been cleaned in well over 7 years and the black spot came to light after a good karcher. You can see the product as it works. Wish I had taken some before and after photos! Definitely recommend.

Rapid delivery. Very expnsive but it really works
Rapid next day delivery. Very expensive product but worth it.
I used black spot remover on 5 year old cream coloured Indian sandstone badly affected by black spot. I have tried high pressure washing; Patio Magic and hydrogen peroxide, but all of these methods did not touch the black spots. Patio Black Spot Remover not only removed all the black spots but restored the colour of the sandstone.
They claimed that 4 litres treats 20 square meters and I found this to be correct. Therefore at £49.99 for 4 litres, the product is quite costly to treat a typical patio, but in my opinion worth it in view of the excellent results achieved.

Excellent and lasts
This is the only product, over many years and trials, I have found that actually works. Don't expect it to do the work for you, but it has completely rejuvenated our sandstone patio. And a year later, it is still looking like new.
