Item I ordered was not in stock and was backordered for a month.... at least that's what they said when I called to inquire why it had not shipped. Their website had stated it would ship within 5 days They never reached out to let me know. I had to call them to find out Requested a cancellation and refund. At least they issued the refund promptly.

Warranty Hidden Charge
We had a warranty issue with an outdoor Umbrella we purchased last year for $120. The warranty was honored, but Patio Depot insisted upon a $70 shipping fee in order to receive a replacement umbrella. The warranty language on their website does not state that a shipping fee will be charged for the warranty to be honored. I feel that this is an unfair hidden charge for the warranty.

These are beautiful. Nicer than I expected. Excellent coloring, mod design but very correct. Thick cushions in dark blue Solaris fabric. Designer!

The three umbrellas I ordered are quite nice, appear to be high quality and arrived in a reasonable amount off time. The offset imbrella’s bix arrived damaged without hardware, but Customer Service sent replacements right away.
They have been on the deck from late Spring through early Autumn.
They were advertised as water repellent, which was an important feature for us as I wanted to protect the patio cushions. They were clearly water repellent at the beginning of the season, but not by the end of the summer season.
An equally important feature for us was the fact that they are advertised as UV resistant, sun proof and fade proof. We use black umbrellas and cheaper ones fade in just one season. Unfortunately, so did these. They are now a very faded black, looking more like a medium gray.
Nice umbrellas, but failed in two important areas.
Great umbrella and excellent customer service
Our umbrella arrived in the wrong color, green instead of grey. Regarding the color designation on the box-Gr- I could understand why someone grabbed the wrong one. I called customer service and they went over and beyond to correct the mistake. The 9' tilt umbrella is excellent quality and we are very happy with our purchase.
