Car was picked up from my house in Dunblane and returned after job completed. Got replacement car for the duration. Overall good service from Patons.

Patons were really efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
They kept me updated on the progress of my car.

The car was assessed quickly. The repair was approved, parts ordered and car booked in. Got courtesy car which was valeted before handing over. I received regular repair updates online and didn’t have to phone Paton’s at all. The repair was done to an exceptional standard and I am delighted with it. The car was returned promptly. Top marks to all involved.

Patons agreed to pick up my car from my home while i was away on holiday. Once it was ready for pick up they suggested I drop my hire car off to them and get my car rather than waiting 2 days for them to deliver it. My car looks great after the repair it was also valeted inside and out. Very happy with the service.

Incredible service from start to finish. Eleanor on reception was particularly amazing, keeping me informed the whole time and going the extra mile by sorting things with my insurance company and making sure my car was picked up and delivered back knowing it was difficult for me with two wee boys. Greatly appreciated. Can’t thank her enough.

Excellent service from start to finish. Despite my insurance company being unable to provide a courtesy vehicle, I was given one for 10 days, which was a huge help as I travel frequently for work.

Elenor provided clear and consistent updates throughout, ensuring everything was well coordinated. When I needed to adjust my collection date due to travel commitments, she managed this seamlessly and had the vehicle ready on time.

An invoice issue caused by the insurance company was also handled swiftly, and Elenor even stayed late to make sure I could collect my car the same day.

Her professionalism, communication, and commitment are a credit to the company. Highly recommended.
