I ordered artificial Boston ferns from Patrako back in June 2026–$60.00 (thought it was a USA company—not CHINA)!! As of today August 19, 2026 order still has not arrived. I inquired, they first sent me a delivery receipt for a Los Angeles CA address—I live in Maryland!! I inquired again, they then told me it was sent by USPS with a different tracking #—no package delivery yet!! This is so terrible!! Do NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I placed an order in June they charged my account but no flowers. I am ready to file a complaint with the BBB. No communication from them at all. Ridiculous to take people’s money!
