I and my team booked a car with Patrick Egwu to take us from Heathrow to a small town of Bridport, a 2.5hr.drive on a dark,rainy night after a long flight.so happy we did!.PE arrived the airport on time,drove safely,and provided pleasant conversation along our trip,all at prices far better than his competitors.booking was easy, despite booking from out of country. .in conclusion we had a very smooth ride with Patrick Egwu transportation..

I have used Patrick Egwu’s taxis many times to take me to and from the airport, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The drivers are punctual and always friendly. The cars are clean and roomy. Booking is straightforward and they frequently send through discount codes to make the journey cheaper (but you have to use them straightaway!) After being let down a few times by other cab companies, I settled on Patrick as my go-to ride as I frequently have to travel abroad. Thank you for consistently delivering exceptional service!

We needed a taxi hired to travel someone between Essex and London for a few days, and they were absolutely wonderful as a taxi hire. Would recommend them, and will be using them moving forward.

We booked a service to go from London to Gatwick. The driver had a problem and couldn’t come. The owner of the business covered the driver and came to take us to the AirPort. Thanks Patrick!

Absolutely terrible. We Booked and paid with a credit card ahead of time round-trip from our hotel in London to Heathrow. We booked a full-size, eight passenger van to carry the six of us in our bags. Instead, they showed up with a minivan that only sat five and told us to squeeze in. upon arriving at the hotel, the driver demanded cash. I showed him a receipt showing showing that we had already paid and he was very argumentative.
I called 24 hours in advance to confirm our return trip and they said they had no record of it. They said that this company uses third-party drivers and they had no record of a return trip. They have been unreachable at this point. Now we are having to pay an extra surcharge to leave on Christmas Eve to get back to the airport with another company, even if we paid ahead of time. Despicable. Driver was named Edun. Rude and pocketed the return trip money. Do not use!

Excellent Professional Service. We used them 4 times in London and they are very reliable. In fact one of our prior drivers ws supposed to take us to Windsor and his car broke down and instead the owner Patrick picked us up so its a very reliable company

I had a beautiful ride from London Heathrow to Bournemouth.
Trust me the ride was excitingly beautiful, nothing compared to the first class experience I had.

Used these a couple of times and the actual service is good but having issues with getting refunds for cancelled journeys from them.
I booked one a good few weeks in advance and cancelled the following day but after two weeks I’m still waiting for a reply to my email. I’ve chased on WhatsApp a couple of times and despite them saying they will get back to me within 24 hours it’s now been nearly a week and they have still not processed the refund.

I was nervous as I didn’t know the company but I shouldn’t have been. The driver picked me up right on time, drove safely to the airport and dropped me off at the door in quick time. Very pleased.

We booked a transfer with Patrick Egwu Transportation from Heathrow to our hotel. It was our first time traveling to London and we were originally apprehensive about the transfer as we did not know what to expect, but the experience was wonderful. Our driver was waiting for us once we picked up our luggage and the van was roomy and comfortable. Our driver was knowledgeable about the area and even pointed out some sights on the way. We had inadvertently input the incorrect “Park Road” when we booked online and when this was discovered our driver explained the London post codes and corrected our destination. I would highly recommend using Patrick Egwu Transportation for any travel needs.

Patrick, took the time to explain different sights etc, our flight arrived at 6:30am by the time we got our luggage cleared immigration traffic was an absolute nightmare, a normal 30 to 35. Minute trip took almost 2 hours due to traffic. We will use his services again.
