Rude Customer Service

Another company consults for Patriot Funding. Their name is Strategic Consulting out of Amherst, NY. They are not a debt consolidation company. They try to get you dept relief by negotiating payoffs with your credit card companies and in turn your credit card accounts will be closed. Once you realize what is gong on and refuse the offer they start being belligerent. I had the please of dealing with Vinny Paternostro who was very polite when he thought he convinced me but when I figured out what he was doing he turned into an ignorant, rude individual. No professionalism. Don’t do business with this company.
