Control Over How/When Taxes are Paid
Once everything was setup and my tax authority accounts were connected, payroll processing has worked flawlessly for the last decade plus.
I like the control over how and when I'm taxed at my convenience. As a closely held S-Corp, as my W2 payroll is managed by Patriot, I pay extra to account for corporate taxes early in the year so I will never get caught short at tax time. Thank you Patriot Payroll Services.

Can I use numerous payroll companies and I can tell you upfront this is one of the best companies for quality of service and price that you can deal with. I use QuickBooks years ago and they were actually sending NSF checks to the tax agencies for payment causing me to get penalties.

It was pretty easy to enter the information while signing on and entering employee info. Some of the details about things like paid leave and accrual time were at first hard to figure out. However I really liked that I could chat with a rep for clarification. Also, the help section was very good at outlining steps for a task.
