I ordered and PAID EXTRA for shipping insurance (money back guarantee in case of no-delivery). Never got my package and customer service refused to give me a refund. They have been ghosting my emails ever since.
Ordered a bra (came from China & took 30+ days to receive). Bra is unwearbale and cuts into me. Tried email support. After 2 weeks back & forth they ignored messages. Went through PayPal and they said I had to pay to return useless item. $19 item but shipping back to China is $30. SAVE YOUR MONEY & AVOID THEM!!!!!
