Very prompt service. The person who attended was friendly and informative, he explained what had caused the problem and my options. Could not have asked for a better service.

Brilliant service from James @ Patron replacing our new gate arms and hubs. Patron went out of their way to replace our gate arms and hubs with what we had which is not their normal supply. Other firms had said it would take 2 days and James did the work in 5 hours. Brilliant service from him and Patron which we really appreciated - and it was freezing and di not change James great mood! Brilliant, highly recommend and would use again.

Arrived on time. Fixed faulty item within 30 minutes.

Very hard to fault the service from Patron Security. All enquiries were responded to quickly . Every driveway is different and Patron were happy to spend the time to make we got the specifications right including providing a CAD deign
Installation team turned up on time and put the gates in without fuss. Returned post installation to explain all the timings and make sure we were happy . Gates look very robust and so far working well .

I had been told by someone else I needed new gates but James came and within hour got them working again, better than before. Great job, very happy.

What profession company leaves bare wires showing & says they are low voltage so no problem 😉 why did they not do a continuous cable supply from the cameras to the plug?? I can supply a photo they did come back & put a plastic connector to connect the bare wires & after I asked why the large hole in the brickwork wasn’t sealed & a cable/wall cover was not fitted to Protect against the weather no answer from them. I had to send them a picture of these covers that are available at screwfix 5 for £7.99 they did fit them the next day why did I have to tell them what is required???

Outstanding support at reasonable prices but best of all it's an organised company not just a skilled stand alone person.

The back end admin is well organised with service and support we have relied upon a few times, nothing is too much trouble.

They recently worked on our Fadini control panel and upgraded another to the latest Came system.

Unbelievable. Electric gate working intermittently so ask them for a quote for repair. Came to address but they were unable to fix. Sent Job sheet but no invoice. Several months later I receive I claim for HM Courts re unpaid invoice. They claim I had se read an email which I didn’t and had opened and read an invoice. I suggest they have the same problem with their software as the post office. I work in criminal justice system and being accused of something I have not done with no evidence is unbelievable. I have paid the bill and the £35 fee but will register my complaint. I was on the phone with them and there emails were not arrive in my in box or spam until I sent an email to them. They never sent a letter! Do not use this company.

I was reminded that a service was due, we arrange a date to suit both parties. The engineer arrived on schedule he was very polite and professional and completed the works in good time.

Very helpful team. Always willing to listen to personal requests and accommodate where possible.

Our 20 year old automated car park gates needed new posts and adjustment. Patron provided clear quotes at reasonable prices answering all questions ensuring we understood the specification to be supplied. Installation was quick with minimum disruption. Any minor problems were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Very satisfied with the works and customer service and hope to be doing business again. Highly recommended. Many thanks.
