Great place to go one particular place is corner bar it's a karaoke bar,if you good or bad at singing you can have a go

I do not recognise the description below I have both bought and sold properties through Pattaya Realty, they also manage my investment properties. I have always found them to be professional and honest.
Would highly recommend.

Never use this micky mouse company. They allow your tenants to cause damage to your property which ends up costing you more as they have no idea how to check a property when the tenants depart.

Their level of book keeping experience is about the same as a 7 year old could do.

Rude and arrogant service especially from the owner who should know better. He’s obviously been in Thailand too long!!

Avoid like the plague!
